Today we had the poorest customer service I've ever seen in an outpatient medical facility at this Quest diagnostics in Bellingham. Astonishing lack of awareness and empathy for the needs of vulnerable senior citizens. There were several people who were turned away by a person with a rude, flat voice because they had no appointment- while a sign on the door proclaimed, \\\"We welcome walk-ins!\\\" with a happy face on the sign. It was dismaying to the people who were left standing there.

I just left Julie put band on my arms 4 times while she was talking to her friends about her day. She then rolled her eyes and looked at me. Then been my normal text came through and stuck me the first time on my right arm and she just kept joking around and was not taking it serious I find it completely uncomfortable she was massaging my arm and not taking her job seriously at all I pray this is the first and last time I have an encounter with her

Compassionate care, excellent communication, and a really great blood draw experience here.The young lady running the entire office here was calm, collected, and kind. Thank you.

Cannot speak to a human via phone yet every time I have been there I have seen someone sitting next to one.Been waiting on lab results for 4 days and leaving town for work tomorrow in which I will be on a boat for the next 2 months. Ridiculous!!

the wait to get the lab test is decent and the people giving you the blood work do this as fast as they can. the problem i have is that they dont send the blood lab results into my pharmacy. I have to call in and its hard to contact quest diagnostics or anybody for the information.

Just went there to have some blood drawn and the experience was very pleasant. The girl chatted with me so I didnt pay too much attention to a needle being put into my arm.

My experience was a positive one and wish all venipunctures could go as smoothly as mine did on this first visit. I went in the early morning without an appt., was helped by a patient woman at the front desk with how to sign in on the iPad, and was well taken care of for the few minutes it took to have my blood drawn.
