Great experience I had this week! I’m not a patient from Unity care and I came with my paper and she manually typed everything in and made sure all my doctors got my results, I’m super happy with the girl with the beautiful smile.

I agree with everyone about Ashley she is friendly and does a great job drawing blood.I.have tiny veins that tend to roll over and nurses at the hospital always have a tough time finding my veins but not Ashley.

Yay!!! So grateful for Ashley at the Quest on unity!!! I have tiny veins, and no one has ever been able to find one in the crook of my arm. Usually it's between 3-15 pokes on the top of my hand before they can draw blood.. not today! Not only did Ashley get it on the FIRST try, she got it in the crook of my arm! I'm still in shock ? I don't want anyone else in my entire life to take my labs, she was so so great!!

This is for Ashley. She is an angel, a breath of fresh air. I now intentionally visit Quest at Unity Care because she works there! I do not like needles and she always settles my nerves. She has these great pictures on the wall that allow you to distract yourself while she does what she does. Which BTW her skill set is just plain AWESOME. So many people have exploded my veins but not Ashley. :) I will always be loyal to her! I think she needs a raise. I think she needs a promotion. And I think she needs to educate nurses on how to draw blood and or start IVs! A huge Thank You Ashley. You are Loved. :)

I had an excellent experience with the sweet young lady who drawed my blood..she was so gentle and didn't feel any pain.i recommend this particular location..

Ashley was wonderful I’m not big on needles but she talked me through it. I didn’t even feel the poke. I’m glad they have her at this location.

I have been going to this lab for six years and always had a good experience. The last two visits I have been treated so unprofessional and spoken to so horribly it is almost unbelievable. I will never return there again. I worked for twenty six years in a ER and have seen it all but to be spoken to and told to pick up my bloody cotton and ...well, an all around miserable experience.
