Very frustrating!!
I tried to get a hold of a person through the Verizon app , just more frustration as I was put into a loop !
I was very angry and called up this Verizon store , not using the best language .
The representative Visharl was very professional and did not tell me to get lost or chill out .
He suggested I come in and they would work out the situation .
Visharl was very polite ,patient and professional, and he and his associate were able to help me .
It was going to go through at midnight .
I just needed to calm down ? !!”
“Sophia and Tristen were wonderful! They helped me with my tech issue and never made me feel dumb (I am a millennial and did multiple troubleshoots prior to my visit). Sophia was welcoming the second i walked in the door and Tristen & her were able to quickly find a solution. Sophia also gave me options for updating my plan including saving money with auto pay, which we plan to set up soon. Great customer service! I first went to the Bellis Fair location and no one acknowledged me for 5 minutes and I eventually left. This horrible experience led me to the Bakerview location. I will absolutely be recommending this welcoming, helpful location to everyone i know! Thank you Sophia and Tristen!”

“I had a terrible experience with ATT seattle in which they sold me a new iPhone that did not work a day before an international trip. The root cause was an error in how the Seattle store sold the phone rendering it unusable and me without a phone. Dylan did an excellent job describing the issue, getting my old phone re-set up as a stopgap solution and annotating in my account to extend the return window of the unusable phone. Dylan should be promoted, I wish all ATT employees were as capable as him.”
“This particular METRO PCS location has the absolute best staff!! My sister and I went in Saturday and our sales rep "Julian" killed it. He was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable on the products he was selling us. What he didn't know he "found out" and I'm just not sure how long it's been since I've heard someone in customer service say "let me find out for you" and for that METRO gets 5 stars! “These guys got my phone repaired in about an hour. They answered all my questions & provided clarity on the issue after. I came in with it totally shattered & black screen. It felt pricey at $400 for a screen & battery, but still cheaper than a new iPhone.”
