I purchased some bras online. When I picked them up they were all squished and could not be used. I returned them immediately. They used to have much better sales. We truly don't shop here often because of that. Even when I earn my Kohl's cash, I quite often don't spend it because I can find nothing worthwhile to purchase. Their customer service was good with my return.

The cashier was not just friendly,
she was genuinely helpful beyond ringing up the total and took the time needed for me to feel complete about my shopping experience. What a delight.

Really liked this place lots of cool shirts, I'm wearing a scarface one I got from there right now. I thought 15 bucks is a little overpriced, but I got it anyways because it comes on its scarface. They have a lot of different shirts like that, too. More than any other store, I think. They also don't bother you, the workers, I mean......
UPDATE: I just read this review and was going to edit it to say "come on its scarface.." like it was originally meant to read...but it's just too perfectly accidently hilarious

Ordered online from Khols, they never sent me an email or tracing #. Assured me my package would be here by the 13th...wont be here till after the 14th of June and the second package will be even later...Khols has failed its customers in so many ways. Im over it now and will shop elsewhere.
