Chris and Dylan were fantastic. They answered every question we had, and really took the time to make sure we were getting what we wanted. They even offered some of their personal opinions on products so we knew what to choose and what not too! 10/10 recommend you go see these two at the GNC in Bellis fair! Way to go Chris and Dylan!

Call me crazy but I think this place has a scam going on. If you pay with cash you're not give change back. "We don't have coins". "Why"? "I don't know". I had 68 cents coming back and they were just authorized to keep it. Is that even legal? Theft! Are coins not considered US tender now? That's a first and a last! Returned merchandise and left with my money!

Used to be a run down place with lack of management but now its much better and it's evident in the attention we got when we came in!

This location clearly isn’t interested in selling products. The kids they have working there are lazy and won’t look to see if they have extra cases of inventory on hand. We were willing to spend $100s but the kid couldn’t be bothered to assist with anything and just sat there on their phone the entire time.

On 12/21/22 I spent over $200. on vitamins/supplements at the Bellis Fair Mall GNC. As I was removing the tamper resistant packaging at home, I found one bottle that had already been opened. No big deal, or so I thought, I'd take it back and simply ask to exchange it for a bottle that was sealed. It wasn't that easy. The male clerk and also the manager Kiana asked me 3 times if I had removed the tamper resistance packaging. Quite frankly they made me feel like I was a criminal for simply wanting to exchange it for a sealed bottle. I was flabbergasted they'd treat a customer that had just spent $213.17 the day before with them the way they did. The young male clerk was very aggressive in his actions, to the point where the manager sent him away. I would love to speak to the owner about this matter and share my concerns about the lack of professionalism and the need for further training, of Kiana the manager and the male clerk whose name she refused to give me. Finally she credited my card the amount of the bottle that was already opened (although the credit hasn't been applied yet) and then she billed me for a sealed bottle (that amount of course came out right away). She refused to just simply trade me bottles, evidently that's not store policy! I'll still buy GNC products but not at this store as long as those two employees are there. Looks like I'll be getting my GNC supplements online for the immediate future.

I just left the store without making an intended purchase. There were several units on the shelf at a certain price, but the scanned price was double. I pointed it out to the high schooler who rang me up, who deferred to the other high schooler working when I asked if they were going to honor the marked price. "Yea, we can't really do that", was the indifferent response. My business is now going elsewhere.

For the THIRD time I’ve gone to this store the gates are closed in the middle of the day ? I always try calling but there’s never an answer which is really frustrating given I have to drive a half hour in order to get to this location. Says they are not hiring when clearly it would be better to have someone than no one

Showed up at 11:33am on a Monday (they open at 11am) and the gate was down and closed and the store was dark. Was waiting with another person who asked a plainclothes man waking out of the back ‘what time they opened’ to which the man promptly ignored. Waited a few more minutes until the guy showed up again and was ignored again. Then I left. Garbage store who treats customers like garbage. Will never buy from again.

I have been going to this GNC since it was on the Target side of Bellis Fair. I have spent a crazy amount of money at this store, and I encouraged a number of coworkers and friends to come here and shop because of the awesome staff that USED to work here. My coworkers and friends ALSO spent a lot of money at this store. They had a loyalty program that has progressively got worse and worse over the years. The in store staff that used to work there always made sure their in-store customers were taken care of and could answer questions and make suggestions. For instance, if I brought in an email coupon from GNC, their computers often didn't accept the coupon code for whatever reason (I used to work at a GNC so i know how fickle the computer systems are). The old employees used to work it out so that I'd still get the sale price. These were legitimate GNC coupons, so there was no reasons the coupons should not have worked other than the faulty computer system they have. Well I recently went in and the store clerk greeted me and asked if I was looking for anything particular. I told her I needed some multi-vitamins because I was out. She said, "Great! Just so you know our vita-packs are on sale for $30!" I asked which ones and she showed me. I told her I'd get some of them. She said she would go ring them up to see how much they were. She returned shorty and told me that they were no longer on sale! I was dumbfounded! Why would you come up to me and tell me something was on sale when it wasn't? I asked her if she could still honor the sale price and she said no, that they were no longer on sale. I also was out of BCAA's and saw their Beyond Raw BCAA's were marked as "BOGO 50% off". They didn't have my favorite flavor (Ice Tea) so i picked up a different flavor and was going to have the store ship me a bottle of the Ice Tea as my BOGO. Unfortunately, when the clerk rang me up, she told me that that sale had also ended and that even though it was marked "BOGO", they would not honor the BOGO price. Even grocery stores do that!!! I gave them the last $60 I will spend there, but now I am thinking of returning the merchandise because the service is THAT bad! Why shop in person at a store where they can't own up to their own mistakes?
