“A huge shout out for such great service by Thomas at the Bellis Fair Mall Store in Bellingham, WA on December 5, 2023. I had a very frustrating experience trying to order my grandsons clothes online on December 3, 2023 and after over two hours and three failed attempts of not getting my order completed because it wouldn't process my Promo Rewards, I got no where and decided to go to the store and just pick up the clothes if they had them and mail them to Missouri costing me more money and my time to know have to just drive to the store back and forth, gas money, and then package and mail them. So this is what I did. If it wasn't for Thomas to know exactly where in the store the items were from my pictures it would have taken me a lot of time. Thankfully, Thomas listened to my frustration from the two days prior and he was going to make up for the lack of customer service and my online order; and he did this full circle. He is a true retail professional and I thanked him repeatedly. I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes and left a happy customer. I will now instead just go to the store and get what I need. Thanks so much to whoever trained Thomas to be such a great manager of knowing the customer matters. Hope to see him again. I thanked him several times and got his name as I told him too I was going to write a review. Merry Christmas to Thomas and I know the many customers he will serve will get the same patience, service, and sincerity of caring too.”

“Overall, I really love this place.They have cute clothes crop tops mostly , but they also have some cool, rock band sweatshirts and shirts, I bought a really cool one that says sleep now on it.I just wish it had a hood. Overall, it's a super good store. Love that they just let you shop instead of being all up in your grill, the employees that is. Really wish they would stay open later, but most people aren't night owls like me so I'm probably the only one bothered by that.”
“I was so impressed with this store, and with Molly, and my general experience going in -I have an industrial machine I was trying to figure out some options for how to sell or move it along…Molly was absolutely pleasant in how she dealt with my novice-ness. The atmosphere was social, and pleasant. I didn't feel rushed with my questions, nor did they try to rush me along. It was about the interaction, and felt community based, rather than strictly revenue driven.Their help to me was prioritized on genuinely helping me, rather than sale, or profits.The energy in the store was just a great vibe - instant respect for this business????”

“Bree and her team in the Bellingham location are incredible. I went in to try on one shirt, and suddenly their whole team was at the dressing room door with things the thought I might like based on my visit to the store THE WEEK BEFORE. I stayed for an hour trying on clothes, and was truly treated like a VIP. It was an amazing shopping experience, with a whole store full of hype girls telling me I looked amazing. The customer experience offered at this Buckle location is one that every team in retail should strive to match. Jaz went absolutely above and beyond, remembering every thing I said about my style and comfort preferences. By the time she was done with me I found a pair of jeans I loved (I haven’t owned jeans in years, life is too short for pants with buttons) and a whole wardrobe of shirts that were easy to dress up for work and down for casual wear. Once I had chosen some items from the dressing room extravaganza, she set my items by the counter and respected my space and let me shop around on my own for a bit, always checking in to make sure I was doing fine. She offered the buckle credit card (as I had mentioned I was going to use my own) with some benefits about the card, but was not pushy at all. If you are looking for clothes but shopping for experience you NEED to visit this team.”
“If you are a Carhartt or Dickies fan, this is your store! Lots of style and size options.. without a doubt the best selection in this area. Also shoe department with work boots and shoes. Scrubs as well. Very neat, orderly, clean store with friendly employees. Lots of parking right outside the door. Open early. Also accessories like socks, belts, wallets ..when I visited, they had some nice clearance racks as well. We went in for a belt.. paid more than we expected but then again the belt was a lot nicer than expected and found the size we needed so worth it! Also grabbed some socks. We will be back for some work jeans as well.”
“Just want it to do a follow up on the review that was left down here by Monica Gutierrez, I’m a costumer of the store and I have never had any problems with any of the workers I had got to known some of them more personal for their great service every time I come to the store, they had helped me with what I need. I was actually there the day that she did her return, I was behind her on the line and for what I remembered she was the one yelling to the cashier I never heard the cashier yell to her back in any moment, I actually mentioned to Monica that she was the one that need it to worked on her attitude cause she kept yelling to this girl and the only why she refused to give the information for her District Manger it was because Monica asked for the manager personal phone number I think as costumer we have to remember that the workers still humans and that they have to stick to the policy’s that their companies tell them to stick to, I had made a ton of returns with them and never had any problems because I had always made sure to follow their policies.”
