This was the worst dental facility I’ve ever been in. It appeared to be dirty and run down, very old equipment, and the building was in disrepair (old areas of patched Sheetrock unfinished and not painted over). The staff were less than personable too. I went in for an exam and X-rays. I won’t go back to have any work done.

The reason for 3 stars and not 5 is because, even though the staff at this Dental Office are really nice, there is an awful lot of importance placed on money. The first thing you have to do is pay, before work is done on you. I found that very odd. The other problem, in my opinion, is that it appears to be run in a very franchise like manner - meaning policies are set by the corporate office and you don't get the same vibe as you do when a practice is actually run by the dentist who works there. There was also an awful lot of additional services being recommended, again, i suspect this is part of the corporate policy

I am unable to give 5 stars because the personnel changes so rapidly that I have yet to establish a relationship with a single dentist. I have been reassigned to my 3rd dentist in less than a year due to staff turnover. I have been told by BrightNow! staff that many new to the area dentists use BN! as a launching point until they get established and then they start up their own practices and leave. That has been exactly my experience. It is very frustrating! Each time I have a new consultation the plan for my care shifts dramatically. For example, I have been advised to have a root canal, then a new dentist says don't have one but rather extract, graft and implant. These are important differences. And I need cleanings every 3 months, but due to an inability to retain hygienists I have had to purchase separate insurance that allows me to get my teeth cleaned and a competing provider.If I could have one wish - it would be stability! The staff have been great, there is just too much turnover.

Was very pleased. Friendly staff and was very happy with Dr Kim. It is unfortunate that at this time there is no hygienist. Hoping they hire one soon.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I was impressed how everything was ready with the paperwork when we walked in the door. The receptionist was so nice-she also knew who we were (both myself and my husband) without asking when we walked in! I was a nervous Nellie when I got there but calmed down almost immediately when brought back to the area where the teeth extraction took place. Thank you for such a positive experience. I will definitely recommend you folks to friends and family members. Again, thank you and have a wonderful day!
