I had a terrible experience with ATT seattle in which they sold me a new iPhone that did not work a day before an international trip. The root cause was an error in how the Seattle store sold the phone rendering it unusable and me without a phone. Dylan did an excellent job describing the issue, getting my old phone re-set up as a stopgap solution and annotating in my account to extend the return window of the unusable phone. Dylan should be promoted, I wish all ATT employees were as capable as him.

BE AWARE - their partnership with Direct TV will charge you $20 per month for your 24 MONTH CONTRACT that they DO NOT disclose at purchase. You have three weeks to stop at no charge. Transparency is key here! They will omit this detail - protect yourself!

This is our family's preferred AT&T store. The staff is always helpful and polite. Every trip here is always pleasant.

Empty store, and no wonder. ATT is the absolute worst company I have to deal with. Totally dysfunctional. This store was staffed by a taciturn fellow who barely spoke and was neither sympathetic to my problem with ATT nor helpful. After an hour and a half on the phone with ATT, while sitting in their office, and ZERO progress, I drove straight to Verizon, cancelled ATT subscription, and got lots of help. I don't care if I pay more money for less coverage; I hope never to deal with ATT again. They are completely inept and could care less about customer service.

I wanted to make a quick review on the level of service I received in store by the rep Skyler. He was able to solve my issue with ease and made sure I got the best deal on my plan and with my upgrade. He is a great image of AT&T!

I never write reviews but felt this deserved one. We visited the store for what should have been a quick visit. Unfortunately, the equipment the employee was using kept freezing and malfunctioning causing us to be there for an extended period of time. Luckily, there is a great employee there named Skylar who was extremely patient, friendly, and understanding. Seriously, give that guy an award for excellent patience in dealing with faulty equipment.5 stars for Skylar.1 star for the equipment they have to use.

The person working at this samish location is unexperienced and cannot activate a SIM card or even give me one to activate for my daughters lost phone. He would not even call support. Probably only wanted a sale and wouldn't help me go to the meridian store kore knowledgeable and helpful

Went in today and switched carriers. I got a brand new iphone 14 and new phone plan all together for 100$ cheaper than I would have gotten at T-Mobile. Also I was able to trade in my old phone even though it’s damaged and cracked. They seem short staffed but so is everyone these days. Great service!

A very good experience. Elijah, and Collin very helpful. Received better information, service, and deals compared to the store on the Guide by Asian 1 where Costco used to be. I wasn't given the opportunity to get cash for trading in my Android as I purchased an iPhone at the Guide store. That in and of itself was enough for me to highly recommend this Samish AT & T store. Glad I had issues with first iPhone and was able to get a better deal at the Samish store. Leon is also helpful. I worked with them at the Bellis fair store. Leons home store is at Samish, however. Just giving a shout out to Leon as well. Thanks everyone ?

They are supposed to be open at 10am, I arrived at 10am to pick up a phone I ordered before I leave town and it's now 1030am and still no one is here. Their phone is disconnected. I drove 20min to get here.

Jordan, the manager who helped us, was the most amazing person I have ever met. This was by far the best experience I have ever had at ATT and it was purely because of him. We have been ATT customers for over 12 years. He deserves a raise! We were overwhelmingly satisfied with our experience. He helped both me and my mother, making the experience enjoyable and entertaining. When I go back to ATT, I hope I see Jordan again. He was professional, yet fun, and very attentive to both me and my mother, while also helping other customers. Thank you Jordan!!

I'm nearly 80 years of age and called the Samish AT&T store. Gabby spent nearly 20 minutes helping me and solved my problems. She was very patient and helpful.

He told us about some awesome holiday promotional deals and showed us some great accessory options. He was very kind and courteous and gave us his contact info in case we had more questions. Very good customer service. We'll be back to get Christmas gifts soon!
