Great customer service! I brought a luggage with a broken handle and that was not under warranty anymore. they repaired it on the spot by replacing the part at no cost and in 10 min! Kudos to Eric for his customer service

Super irritated. Took my luggage in to get the zipper pull fixed and nothing was done. He took it into the back and obviously didn't look it over. I have only used my luggage a couple of times and it broke. I would NEVER buy Tumi again. I recently bought a Briggs & Riley from Bergman Luggage and absolutely love it. Don't ever buy Tumi NOT WORTH THE PRICE. It's definitely crap and so is the store.

I love Tumi products, but buy them elsewhere -- this specific Tumi store in Bellevue has terrible sales people. They're not knowledgeable, very slow and rude. For the kind of prices Tumi charges they should have a lot better customer service. Go buy the products from Nordstrom instead.

Great products, but horrid customer service. Less than 2 hours after spending nearly $2000 in-store, the assistant manager directed me to call customer service "in a few days" rather than attempt to help. I expected better service for items at this price point.

Good products but lacking in customer service. I came in with the intention of asking an employee a question, but she was too bothered by helping out another customer. I then asked her to see if a particular item was in stock by pointing out the item on the digital screen. She went to get the item but it was the wrong item. I told her that this was not the same and she just says "this is all we have". Nothing was particularly wrong with our interaction but the tone of her voice sounded like she just wanted to get it over with.

Tumi is a solid brand and one I've used for my carry on luggage for decades. The new styles are good, especially the hard shells.The store is neat and set up well. Service was good.
