I bought 2 sweaters. One of them started pilling after 1-2 wears. After 4 wears it looks very worn, and I haven’t even washed it! ( I just wore t-shirts underneath. The other one is showing wear after 5 wears and one wash ( again I wore tshirts underneath). Very disappointing, and surprising!

HORRIBLE HIRE. Old sack rep is ALWAYS ALWAYS folding clothes and ignoring customer. No welcoming no nothing. Since April till now almost October, been there like four times. Not once, have I received any services. Lose interest in trying clothes on. Simply walk away from it Everytime now.

I've always received great service at Splendid in other locations. I think Bellevue has the best service by far. I happened across this location when I came into the mall a few weeks ago. The merchandise selection was massive compared to the Dallas one. Josh did a fantastic job taking care of me and helping me find the right pieces. He was very personable and friendly. I'm glad he helped me out as I get many compliments on my outfits at work.

This was my first attempt into the store, and I went in looking for a few things. Everything is over priced, and the material of each clothing items feels as cheap as Walmart or Old Navy clothing--yet they want to charge you $58 bucks for a t-shirt? The clothing is ridiculously overpriced. They try and tell us that it's because it's made with all these expensive fibers, but the feel of the material feels poorly made. Alexis was the girl who helped me. Never had I felt so pressured and pushed by a salesperson. She's rude, and doesn't leave you alone after you explained you wish to keep looking around the store.It was shocking to me how she treats the rest of the employees and is very bossy and rushed. I never experienced this shopping at Nordstrom for the Splendid brand. Ended up not buying anything that day. Came back a second time. I gave it another try.I figured maybe I went on a bad day and decided to give it another go. "Alexis" was not there this time, thank goodness. The supposedly store manager Jordan helped me. She was super awkward and seemed to know nothing about the brand itself. At least Alexis was knowledge about the products, even if she was pushy and obnoxious. This concerned me as she was the store manager and had no idea what she was doing. Conflict with the management? Maybe. Unfortunately, same as before. Bought nothing. Maybe this store is good fit for others, just not for me.

I had a fun time trying on clothes and very helpful and friendly staff. Of course I bought a few items that will be easy to mix and match with clothes I already have. Comfy and cute clothes.
