The folks at Os interlock in Bellevue, WA are exceptional. On my initial appointment, there was a device malfunction, so Ron immediately rescheduled for the following day. When I arrived the next day, same story. I guess they had received a shipment of devices that were having whatever malfunction it was. So we rescheduled again. In spite of the fact that they were extremely busy on the next appointment, he and his wife took care of me and got my device installed without a hitch this time. If you’ve made the same mistake I made, and you’re required to have an interlock device in your car, I highly recommend Os interlock

Failed to mention a literal page of extra fees after I specifically asked about costs. Up charged me for insurance without asking. Certain parts of my car no longer work after installing the interlock. Costs are looking upwards of 3k for a year (was quoted less than 2k originally). These guys are crooks.

This place honestly only cares about money. They don't have anybody's best interest at heart. They told me to take my interlock out 6 days early then when I was supposed to just do they could send a failed report so I'd have to have it in another 6 months. I want to do a class action lawsuit if anybody is willing to help. Plz

Good variety of products from all over the world but please bring Coolish from Japan! It is similar to Snow Ice but better. The vanilla flavor is the best but chocolate is good too. It is also made by Lotte.

Closed business location. Over all, SmartStart is a horrible company. Failure to install equipment, & company refusing to correct the problem, has cost me 2 batteries for my BMW, and countless calls to AAA for jump service. Company is a non-customer based business.

Happy to see a newer business in the area -- this place is super-convenient to three of my favorite restaurants (sorry Uwajimaya, you're not). Location (5/5): About one mile off the freeway. I've never seen the parking lot full (rarely above 50% capacity). Layout (5/5): Location of all products makes sense. While that may seem a gimme, it's not. Also, aisles seem wider than Uwajimaya and some big-chain supermarkets. Selection (3/5): Produce is a mixed bag (and sometimes bulk-ish only) -- but the prices are reasonable, esp. considering the number of slightly bruised/oxidizing options I often see. For meats, they're good on frozen, so-so on fresh. Pretty good on snacks (my kryptonite!) and I always pick up something I've never seen or tried before ... sometimes delightful, sometimes not -- but always something neat and unusual to check out. Staff (4/5): Courteous, but feels like there's not enough cashiers most visits. This isn't unique to S-Mart (QFC and Safeway have similar challenges). Prices (5/5): Spot checking, they're the same or better than local big-chain stores, and Uwajimaya.

The best rice prices in Bellevue! Good prices on organic fruit and vegetables. Nice selection as well. Bright, well organized, and clean. Great customer service too :)

Nice and clean supermarket. Management should look to hire more cashiers though. Always a long wait to pay. Today, long line and cashier was no where to be found.

Would be great if they didn't close at 4 and not update the hours of operation on the site. I was under the impression that as a nation wide company the hours of operation were correct. Guess not. Extremely disappointed.
