Imaging through another renowned provider presented conclusions they couldn’t adequately see or image the area of concern so this year I changed to Rayus. The technician was experienced, professional & kind - and found they had been looking in the wrong place! I received results and will only get future imaging done here at Rayus since patient costs with copays & deductibles are wasted if the imaging provider isn’t looking in the right place :(

After years of mammograms with no issues, I got the call no women wants. I needed to come back in for additional scans because the radiologist wanted to take an additional look. Fortunately there was a cancellation & I could come in the next morning. From there it turned into needing biopsies on both breasts with two different types of equipment, MRI & ultrasound. I was given appointments two months out which the wait made me nervous but before the day was over the lovely scheduling coordinator called me and said they had a cancellation and to come in the next day. They could preform one of the biopsies and Trish, the MRI scanner was beyond patient and kind. She rubbed my hand and back during the biopsy making me feel comforted during the procedure. The radiologist, Dr. Acheson, was great at preparing me for each step of the way during the procedure. They could distract me with conversation and I’d be able to relax and just do what they asked of me. Wonderful team work on their part! Brilliant! I got the call again the next day they could see me for the final biopsy. Three times in the week I was seen in the clinic with this wonderful professional team! The ultrasound technician was just as wonderful as the MRI gal. Easy peasy was the biopsy! I can’t say enough kind words to the Rayus team! I’d refer friends to this clinic any day! I brought the ladies flowers I arranged to show my appreciation for their kindness on my 3rd day & last biopsy! Thank you wonderful ladies!!!

One star review is strictly for their Scheduling team member by the name of "Janet". I called today, 7/23, around 10am PDT and after patient verification, Janet immediately placed me on hold for almost 10 mins (unsure why; it took me >10mins to get ahold of a live agent) only to come back on the line and raised her voice at me ("It's M*** and B****") after I politely asked to clarify what follow-up appointment I'm being scheduled for. Please give us the option to schedule online instead so we do not have to deal with someone like today's "Janet". Thank you!

I had an incredibly positive experience and grateful to have found an imaging centre that is professional, friendly and the reporting by the Doctor extremely efficient, and read within 24 hours.
I have been going to another centre at a nearby hospital for many years but the reporting is now more than a week!! I will definitely be returning to RAYUS and will recommend to my friends as well.

Very friendly and gentle mammograms. This was my first time here and it was actually fun because the tech had a great personality. She was careful, let me know each step, and we had some laughs. Going to start using this facility for my yearly checks!

The front desk staff is extremely rude. I called and got quoted one self-pay price when I made an appointment. When I went to check in for the appointment, I was told it would be actually 4x more than the price I had previously been quoted and that I would need to pay half upfront while the remainder would be billed to me later. When I attempted to call the scheduler and figure out why I got quoted such a different price, the person at the front desk cancelled my appointment even though I in no way asked or indicated I wanted my appointment cancelled. They were very dismissive, hostile, and disrespectful.

RAYUS is an excellent site for your images, from the time they take care of you and take your data, the technical staff who do the mammography, Page, Shurita and Dr. Marita who interprets the results.They are compassionate, kind, and very professional!

Dr. Atchison is the very best. She has been doing breast imagine for years, and is an expert at needle biopsies, as well. Yes, this used to be her private practice, then sold to CDI, which then changed to Rayus.

Staff were welcoming and service offered was good. I appreciate the effort that Rayus Radiology team has taken to follow-up with me to understand the concern that I raised with my billing, and they clarified the details. I believe that they will resolve the billing issue after discussing with my provider and insurer.
