Had a terrible experience with the office reception staff. They called me a day before my appointment, to tell me that I will be serviced by a nurse instead of a doctor (not a problem). After confirming that this was fine, the receptionist tried to get me to change my appointment time without directly asking (immediately knew something was fishy). I explained I needed my appointment at 8am as I have work right after.
I showed up to my appointment and I was told the nurse does not come in until 8:30 and that I will have to wait. This was a gross disrespect of patient’s time (especially since they had the opportunity to communicate this on the phone the day before and intentionally failed to do so) and ended up canceling my appointment after making it to the office from Belltown. When I followed up the same day via phone to ensure that I am not charged for this cancellation because it was a mistake on their part, they told me they’ll have to get back to me on that lol. I would hate to have to call my card company to dispute a charge.
From reading past reviews, the incompetence of the office staff, specifically the receptionists’ desk has been a running theme for a while and they don’t seem bothered on their end.
I will not be coming back to this practice.

5 stars for Dr. Mannem. She is an excellent doctor who truly listens to her patients. She communicates clearly and effectively, making sure all my concerns are addressed. Her guidance and treatment plans are supportive and tailored to my needs, making me feel seen and heard as a female patient. I highly recommend her for anyone seeking compassionate and professional medical care.

I was initially thrilled to secure an appointment on the same day I reached out. However, a few hours later, I received an email notifying me that my appointment had been canceled. This happened while I was also receiving a text message indicating that my appointment was about to begin—this was an hour before my scheduled time. Concerned, I messaged Ms. Bush and received a curt reply: "I'll have staff contact you." Shortly after, someone from the office called, explaining that a system error allowed me to schedule over existing appointments. I expressed my understanding, despite my disappointment, and inquired about the next available slot, which was over two weeks away. Determined not to back out, I scheduled the new appointment.
As the new appointment approached, I felt a mix of relief, hope, and excitement at the prospect of addressing my long-ignored concerns. The day finally arrived after two long weeks. However, just a couple of hours before my appointment, I received another email canceling it and instructing me to call a number with any questions. Upon calling, I was informed that Ms. Bush would not be able to see me or diagnose me—ever. When I asked for a reason, they had no information to provide and simply ended the call.
Feeling shell-shocked and deeply disappointed, I ended the conversation and wished them a good day. Today, I received an email from the corporate office asking for feedback on my experience. I am generally reluctant to leave negative reviews, as they often reflect poorly on the reviewer. However, I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the cycle of hope and disappointment I went through—especially after waiting two weeks for an appointment only to have it canceled without explanation.
Would I recommend this provider or clinic to my family and friends? Absolutely not.

It's a very bad experience. They refused to take calls about billing issues and refused to fix the problem. Just letting people keep paying. It's a bad attitude. If he can score zero or even negative score, then I believe he is definitely negative score. Get away from this place

Please avoid going to this office if you can. They are known to be dishonest with their patients about their insurance and end up scamming their clients.
For me they gave me false information about my insurance coverage between November 2022 and January 2023 charged me according to the false information, and then a few months later charged me for a several hundred dollars more.
I had written proof that they gave me incorrect information and they still wouldn't rectify the error. They even threatened to send my case to collections when I asked for them to fix it. I had to pay like $420 when based on the info they gave me I should have only paid MAX $60.

Nice 1st Visit. The lobby is attractive and comfortable. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, and they were very accomodating of my questions. Both the doctor and nurse were attentive and professional. A large parking lot made it easy to access the clinic.
I read negative reviews after I had scheduled my first appointment and went in guarded for a bad experience, but it was the opposite. The wording is clunky on the request for a credit card form, but it was clear - they are using it only for co-pays and after insurance has been processed. I felt relieved when seeing that they weren't (as other reviewers claimed) just going to charge me for everything up front. My insurance was accepted, and the doctor is a 'preferred provider' in my network so again, I am relieved.
It was a very good experience and the service was professional and efficient. I will RECOMMEND them to my family and friends.
Thank you for reading my candid review!

Took my son to Dr. Cameron for an annual. First, for those new to the area- there is no AC in this building.
Second, he sent a prescription to CVS which they couldn't fill so I asked the office to transfer it to another pharmacy. It's been a week and no response. I've emailed him and spoken to the office 5 times and still no luck. I emailed him about a dietitian referral- no response. I emailed him for a gut test referral- no response.
This has been an awful experience. I will not be returning and recommend you take your business elsewhere.

Impossible to work with. I booked through ZocDoc because Dr. Mehendale seemed to be liked by patients. While she was very nice, it was impossible to get them to interact with my insurance (Kaiser Permanente which they supposedly accept). I need to have my annual physical so that I can get a prescription renewed. However, they will not send my information to the insurance. I asked my insurance and they said that I needed to have the doctor's office bill them. However the office said Kaiser needed to send them information. The office might look nice but it is a total mess internally and in my case it is actively making it impossible for clients to get the medication they need.

Great place for medical care - My doctor is Dr. Mannem. Easy to get an appointment - great follow up care. Less than 5 minute wait time for being seen!

PLEASE AVOID. I would give 0 stars if I could. We came here through zocdoc on time for our appointment with Dr. Sandra Sultan. Dr was running late with previous patient. After a long wait the assistant called us in for initial questions. The assistant was extremely rude and mentioned that the doctor would first see the patients who came on time and don’t know when she would see us (taunting us that we weren’t on time), while in reality the doctor was running late. 30-45 more mins go by and doctor still isn’t here…we left the clinic and would never come back again. PLEASE AVOID.

Edited to add: Today I was charged on the credit card account I had given them, totally without my authorization. I will be disputing the charge with my bank. Do NOT go to this clinic!!!!!
I would give negative stars if I could. The billing department at this facility is in utter shambles. I might go as far as to say it’s a scam. They have harassed me for months trying to get hundreds of dollars in payment for PCP visits from last year that they are claiming are not covered by insurance (PCP visits are non-deductible and covered by a copay according to my 2023 insurance plan, as with most plans). The person in billing with whom I have been speaking (I believe the office manager) has been civil and fairly responsive, but clearly the whole system is broken there, because I keep citing incontrovertible facts such as my 2023 insurance plan, and he keeps coming back with more invalid arguments as to why the charges have been processed accurately. Not to mention the front desk workers are often inattentive, uninformed, and rude, often also trying to charge me incorrect amounts, and not having any justification for doing so. The older nurse they employ is also pretty terrible—it may be a cultural difference, but she has no bedside manner at all, or common courtesy, so much so as to be laughable (for instance, she’ll call your name in the waiting room and then turn and walk away back through the door without a word and without waiting for you to gather your things; she also does nothing to allay nerves about new procedures). Some of the doctors I have seen there were okay, but not enough to outweigh my overwhelmingly negative experiences with billing and the general inhospitable feeling of the office. I should have run away when I realized how easy it was to get an appointment—seems many others caught on before I did.

Worst clinic in the history of all the clinics I’ve been to. Their receptionist or front desk is not even a person who works at the clinic, but someone remote from the Philippines. They fax pharmacy info etc from another country…
In addition to that, you have to sign a form authorizing them to charge your credit card after service. Typically it goes through insurance first then you get billed and patient makes the direct payment.
I talked to Josh and had a long conversation about this. He’s supposedly upper management and said you have two options: giving them my credit card or doing a “deposit” where they collect all the money first, then bill insurance and reimburse later.
Sketchiest, most unethical medical billing infrastructure I’ve seen. He had the audacity to say this is how we can ensure our doctors get paid. Unbelievable. This is malpractice at its finest.
It’s such a shame because my doctor who I’ve been seeing Dr. Sultan is wonderful but she switched to this clinic and it’s a mess there. I would seriously stay away. Far away.

It’s very disappointing that some people are having bad experiences with the front desk/nurses because it really misrepresents the doctors. I’ve been seeing Dr. Cameron and Dr. Karen and I love them. Haven’t had a lot of experience with Dr. Karen yet but Dr. Cameron is always so nice, easy to talk to, listens, and actually seems like he cares about who you are as a person. I’m always weary of the way I present being fully tattooed and needing a controlled substance. There’s zero judgement from Cameron. Being able to have my mental health doctor and general practitioner under the same roof is SO NICE. I’ve lived in 2 difference states and another country in the past 6 years and this place has been my medical dream come true.
I haven’t had a lot of dealing with the front desk. I went in once and the rest have been calling to make appointments or via telehealth where a nurse calls and makes sure you have the link, get copay, and do some questionnaires when needed. Each time has been inoffensive and easy. Perhaps the nurse during my initial visit doesn’t get the enthusiasm award but that’s find. She was polite and did her job. It could be a mix of the system on top of front staff but just speculation.
