I have never been so disgusted in a hotel. The amount of uncleanliness was shocking. The second we walked into our room there was a musty smell, and we instantly noticed the stains on the couch, the unkept kitchen and the sticky pictures on the wall. When we proceeded to bring our concerns to the attention of staff, but they brushed us off and told us they had no other suites available. We paid $311 for two nights but we will NOT be staying the second night because of how gross this hotel is!! Seriously do better and advertise for how things actually look! ?

Absolutely delightful experience! From impeccable customer service to spotless facilities and 2 added perks of complimentary ? cookies and laundry room, every aspect exceeded expectations. Five days here and not a single disappointment. They're definitely getting it right! ?

Probably one of the worst stays I've had anywhere and I've stayed in army Baracks before but at least it's easy to get to and has stores around to get anything you might need but no fast food near byRooms: Bathroom fan didn't work and be sure to bring extra blankets and pillows if you like to have a lot or are cold blooded because when we asked for extra that could only provide one extra blanketFood & drinks: Breakfast left quiet a bit to be desired and even though there were signs say that vending was on the first floor I couldn't find any vending machines

The rings are a little outdated, but for the price and location, you can't go wrong. The entire staff was very warm and welcoming! They have breakfast ideas in the am, and a little spot where you can grab to go items at any time. Stove, frig, and microwave in the rooms abs laundry facilities. Great spot to stay!!

Rooms are very uniform in design. This place is clean. I enjoy staying here. Breakfast is a bonus.

Pretty good value considering other hotels in the Greater Seattle area. There were cheaper options but in way sketchier areas so I felt pretty safe here. Building is nice and the lobby is also pretty elegant. Ample parking. Great beverage station in the lobby and service was good. Rooms were pretty nice and had ample kitchen supies for extended stays. A bit far from the city but what can you do?

Avoid Larkspur Landing in Bellevue. Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience.I took a team of 15 to a conference and the original hotel we were going to stay at could not accommodate. They recommended Larkspur and booked us there.Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was extremely rude and kept arguing that we had reserved 12 rooms instead of the 6 we had booked. (We found out later we had been charged twice) She continued to be disrespectful and act annoyed as we each showed ID's and were set up with our rooms and keys.Because we had a few guys rooming together (and we weren't going to make them sleep in the same bed) we made sure when we booked they had roll out beds. When requesting one, we were informed they didn't have them and ended up having to pay for another room. When we got to the rooms they were in very poor shape and had a weird odor. One of the rooms had a toilet that wouldn't flush. We called down (at 5:20pm) and were informed maintenance had already gone home for the day. One of our team went down and got a plunger from the front desk and tried plunging the toilet herself. The plunger was so old it didn't work, so they ended up needing to change rooms. Another one of our rooms had someone drilling the walls (possibly hanging the cabinets that were sitting on the floor at the end of the hall) at 8:30pm at night. The next morning I went to blow dry my hair and the blow dryer was broken. I went to call down to see if I could get one brought up and the phone didn't work. (You can't make this stuff up! It was crazy!) I also found out that one of our team members didn't take a shower because the bathroom was so bad. (Tiles broken and mold in the shower)There are nice places to stay out there. This is not one of them. I do not recommend!(FYI, I had a friend tell me after, that an airline booked them at a Larkspur near the San Fransisco airport when their out of country flight was cancelled. Same thing, it smelled and in bad repair. They left after one night and got a good hotel.)

Clean, spacious, comfortable room. Older building, courteous staff. Great value for the money. If you want to be near Bellevue, Sammamish, Issaquah at a reasonable cost and don't need 4 star this is a good

The hotel smelled very musty, and the cleaning service never visited my room even when I put the "please clean" tag on the door. The mattress was very firm at least, which I like, and it was fairly quiet.

Our rate was for $135 a night. We came on a Saturday night to watch a Mariners game. I had stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and remember it being a bit nicer. The hallways and rooms are needing new carpet and the rooms smelled a little stale. Everything was really clean and safe, just a bit old.

3 star hotel. It's very outdated. But the rooms are sufficient with a mini kitchenette, fridge, freezer and work desk. Continental breakfast is decent, with prepackaged food such as bagel, muffins, cereal, milk and juice. No pool, hot tub is not working. Mattress is very soft and it's a box spring, so I felt every turn when my bf was tossing and turning.

Old, tired, and desperately in need of a refurbish. Gave less than 12 hours notice when resealing a parking lot to move our vehicles lest they be towed. A cookie at check-in doesn't fix the black mold in the bathroom.
