My healthcare provider sent my lab results to this clinic despite it being out of network-- and my repeated attempts to verify in network status. That's on my healthcare provider, not on this company so I don't hold that against them, BUT...After 4 months I finally got the bill from them and tried to pay it immediately. The link on the statement was broken and went nowhere, so I went to their website directly. "If your invoice looks like this, click here." Another broken link.So I tried to call and pay it. "We are having technical difficulties, please try again later."Same thing for three days.Finally called their main phone number. No answer.I have mailed a check, but I'm keeping a close eye on that based on previous reviews.

I had never even heard of this company/lab until I got the call many others in this review section got- that my bill was not paid and I would be sent to collections. How am I supposed to pay a bill not even knowing I owed anything to them since they didn't even bother sending physical mail, emails or phone calls. I really hope my doctor cuts ties with this lab because this is ridiculous.

Same issue as others here EXCEPT I already corrected my mailing address with them MONTHS ago (after they did this the first time around) and they STILL sent things to the wrong address and gave me the threatening collections voicemail AGAIN. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place never sent me a bill for a lab test that my provider sent to them. They then added $100 in late fees and sent me to collections. They had the correct address but just chose to never mail the bill, or call my phone. Unfortunately I have no choice in who my doctors send labs to so I’ll have to continue to use their service that has terrible billing practices. But if you are a clinic or provider please consider other options for your labs.

I received an automated call threatening to send me to collections over a bill I never received. Tried contacting the billing department by telephone, with no responses. Reached out by email only to find they had been sending out statements to the wrong address. The billing specialist told me they don’t have the manpower to reach out to patients to correct an incorrect address. So you have enough manpower to send someone to collections for an unknown bill, but not enough to make a courtesy call. That’s a departmental structural issue, not a manpower issue.

This company sent me to collections for $40, in which the statement was mailed to the incorrect address. No courtesy call or email. Why ask for this information if you refuse to use it? Not a customer friendly or customer focused corporation. Will definitely recommend against this company to my family, colleagues, and friends, and they'll surely never receive my business ever again.

My doctor loves to rave about how fast Incyte diagnostics is. Every year my wife's pap testing comes back within a few days and we have never have had any issues with billing. Likewise they are pretty affordable for the testing they do.

This company does a great job at doing what they do best. When I went into my doctor for a routine prostate examine. I was shocked to hear that things were not normal like they should be and that i should do a follow up exam. After all the dirty details were concluded my nerves were eased by how quickly i had received my results back. It was unlike most other instances where sometimes it takes weeks to get results while my doctor said that with Incyte they usually get it done within a few days. it really put my mind at ease and i couldn't ask for anything else during a time like that

This company's billing department is a joke! Initially, my doctor's office sent incorrect codes for labs. After 5 months of trying to get my doctor to send the correct codes, Incyte finally receives the correct codes, but failes to re-bill insurance. They only re-billed insurance after numerous calls on my part. This took about 2 months of constant back-and-forth nonsense. Last month I finally received verification, from my insurance company, that my insurance was in fact re-billed and the portion I owe Incyte is drastically lower that the nearly 400 dollars that Incyte claimed I owed. So, when I call to pay the 30 or so dollars I owe Incyte the billing lady tells me I still owe nearly 400 dollars. Their excuse is that they don't have the new values from insurance, even though it has been nearly 3 weeks since I was mailed these insurance docs. So now I have to do their billing department's job and email them the documents that my insurance mailed me. Today marks 8 months of having to deal with Incyte Diagnostics and their incompetent billing department! Hopefully, some one in charge over there sees this and is proactive about fixing this problem.
