The bathroom was not clean, we stayed for 2 days and housekeeping came to clean the room but black stains were left on the tub and we had to reclean it. Also, no room service is available anymore, which really sucks.

Rooms: Rooms were clean and well-appointed. We needed a couple questions answered, and staff was very accommodating. Loved our view. We walked easily to multiple shops and parks in Bellevue. There are at least two large malls across the street.
Food & drinks: We ate brunch at Eques, the hotel restaurant. It was excellent! It was busy and we had to wait a bit, but staff were helpful. The food was delicious. Highly recommend.

This place has all the things you would need in a hotel! The atmosphere is calm and easy to get around places. The amenities and restaurants with sky bridge access is a plus! Rooms are clean and parking is simple and easy to get to the main lobby. Highly recommend this place, and worth the stay.

The front desk won’t even tell you there are two towers in this big building. It’s a huge place. It’s bad enough to walk a long way to find your room after a long and tiring trip. You have to drag everything with you from one tower to another! You take the elevator to level 19 only to find your room is not in that tower and then you go across the entire building to another tower to take another elevator to level 19. If you are reading this. I might just saved you some elevator work. You are welcome.

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue last week, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was lovely, offering both comfort and style. One feature that really stood out to me was the fresh water stations for refilling water bottles—a thoughtful touch that I had never seen before and truly appreciated.
The view from our room on the 14th floor was amazing, with a stunning panorama of Bellevue that made our stay even more special. Overall, I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency Bellevue for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and those extra touches that make a big difference.

I was here for the Everfree Northwest convention this weekend. The hotel was awesome! I loved the My Little Pony keycard for my room! I had a room on the 16th floor, and the view was amazing. My bed was so comfortable and the room was great. And I went to the 13 Coins restaurant for dinner and the spaghetti I had was delicious! And I had so much fun at the convention! I'm coming here again next year for the convention! So, I'll be staying here again!

Went to the Supernatural Convention here this past weekend. Amazing experience in a gorgeous and very clean event center. Didn’t stay. But from our experience at 13 Coins and the event?? Top tier!!

My autistic son has been attending the Everfree Northwest for the last three years. While he is an adult, he still has some struggles. This place has been the host for the convention and every year I get more impressed. They are organized and compassionate to people who are different. One time my son locked himself out of his room and my other son and I were on a tour. They were very helpful. But this year, I had Covid and had to cancel my flight to meet them. The hotel got me everything I needed so my kids could check in without me and not have to worry about the bill. Mo was especially helpful at the front desk. I can’t say enough good things about her. And this location is very safe. My kids figured out how to get here from the airport using the train/bus systems. I have enjoyed our stays and look forward to next year.

Great hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. The swimming pool was a nice bonus. I stayed with my wife and daughter, and we had a rollaway bed added to our room, though it wasn't the most comfortable. I recommend they consider replacing the room sofas with sofa beds.

Really beautiful massive hotel. Hundreds of areas to shop around nearby. Easy to get around with the skybridges. Nice clean rooms with a great amount of space to stretch out and unwind after a long day of walking. Also everfree northwest is held here so that's another +.
Rooms: Really clean, lots of space. Room service does an amazing job!
Nearby activities: Hundreds of stores nearby. You can walk across the skybridge and go to the arcade in like 3 minutes.
Safety: Really safe area.
Walkability: Really easy to get around on foot thanks to the skybridges, feels like everything is connected.

Nice hotel. No wait for check in or check out, clean rooms, comfortable beds.
Compared to the nearby Hilton and Marriott Courtyard, this hotel is significantly higher quality. Bigger rooms, cleaner rooms, more staff, housekeeping provided... the competition falls short in all of these areas, despite being at the same price point.
Downsides: Pricey, breakfast not included in the rate.

Gave us a welcoming package for our kiddo and easily and quickly accommodated a crib for us. We had booked this trip rather last minute the staff were all quite friendly, and the location was excellent with access to many different restaurants around the area. we did have to be a bit proactive about getting our room cleaned by texting the number.
Nearby activities: The nearby park was quite nice for kids

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms. Our room had a couch and a workstation. The location is very convenient with shops, restaurants and a park closeby.
The hotel has a cafe that serves coffee and sandwiches all day. There is also a breakfast place called Eques on the second floor. I was a little disappointed to see no vegan options there. There a 2 dishes that say vegan available, but they just take out the eggs and serve it (which means no protein for you).
