The security of the hotel is the worst of the worst, a man forcibly opened my daughter's room, his face was covered, even though he did not manage to enter completely, through the internal chain of the door. When the complaint was made to the hotel They didn't look at the cameras, they didn't call the police... and that happened to another person too, in their room. They don't care about people's safety. I came in for a conference and stayed on the 5th floor for a night. I was really surprised at the little kitchenette in the room since I like to bring my own food - having a fridge and stovetop was nice.I was also delighted at the front desk workers, they helped me find a great place to hike and enjoy the sunset during my stay. Really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub all to myself for the evening, I guess I got lucky ?♂️Complimentary wifi and breakfast also checked the remaining boxes for me. My only regret is that my bed was so comfortable and my room was so dark that I didn't get up in time to use the fitness center. Will try to make it happen next time.

The service and location are both ok; however, the rooms need some attention and upgrades. The rooms were pretty dark and worn out. The beds were just ok too. The inside of facility doesn’t match well with the google outside photos.The breakfast had buffet options but nothing special, not even cool to order omelettes.The place is not worth Hyatt standards and would not recommend the place.Rooms: Worn out

Gross. Never coming here again. Unsafe location near homeless camps and a half-way house, drug addicts and homeless prowl the parking lot. The horrors continue inside the hotel. Rude receptionists behave as if they're above you and snobby. Terrible cheap breakfast. Worn out mattresses and broken beds. Dirty rooms, lazy housekeeping. Rude dismissive management. Asian lady with big ugly glasses was very rude at reception desk, acting like she was a maitre d' at a fancy restaurant instead of her low class hotel. Gross.

The bed was amazing, and the room had a kitchenette, which I was surprised by. Lovely room! Quiet and cozy. Front desk was very nice. I didn't get a chance to try out the pool and hot tub but it looked nice in there. I will definitely stay again! It is only 4 min away from Safeway and other restaurants.

Absolute Oasis after having to leave the house unexpectedly due to a potential landslide situation. Clean and pretty with a warm and helpful staff! Spent the first night at red lion, and was not impressed?. Would never go anywhere else but the Hyatt House Bellevue now!! Mom, kids and dogs happy.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been!!! Staff and receptionist not friendly at all. When you step in you notice the smell of chlorine from the pool. All rooms are stinky. Rooms were about what we expected.. Not very new but clean enough and provided what we needed for our family taking care of a young baby. The sofa bed was not very comfortable and my husband said he could feel the springs but the bed in the bedroom was great. I did feel it was a bit weird that the "washroom sink" area was in a carpeted area but it doesn't matter to me if it's not my own home. We also enjoyed the free breakfast and it was nice that there was enough seating where we didn't struggle to find a spot for the 3 of us. They also kept the breakfast items well stocked until at least half an hour before the ending.
