They will charge you if you don't mail in a test for them to check to see if you have Covid. The testing kit is very difficult to figure out. Do not recommend this way to check for whether you have Covid

I haven't gotten two bills from them this year when I haven't even been there. Had to call my insurance company to cancel last time and will have to do the same again. I wasn't even in the country when supposedly this charge is from. Then I looked up GS labs to find that my insurance company, premera is now sueing them for fraud.

Recently I received a EOB doc from my previous insurance for my covid test on 2021 09/09 since it got declined, I'm trying to figure out a way to get this fee paid. I tried to make a call to GS Lab around 3pm central time but no one is there.Can the GS lab help setting up a three-way call with a member of GS lab billing team, me, and my insurance side to discuss the processing error?

We pulled up a little late but were greeted quickly by someone. Claudette was extremely helpful and talked us through the process. She was super sweet and smiley! The positive attitude really makes a big difference!

This is a great place to get a test. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Love that I can wait in the comfort of my car and get tested while still in my car.
