My mother and father have been visiting Great Clips for years. They have also followed Hawn from the Bellevue location which closed to her current location in Factoria. My mother suffered from dementia and Hawn was always very kind and patient with her and made sure she felt comfortable and looking pretty. She has since passed yet my father always insists on seeing Hawn for his haircut. Hawn you are a beautiful person with a lovely soul many many many thank you’s!!!!!❤️

My first time getting a haircut at this location and Mia did a great job. She was very professional and meticulous, and she made sure that I got the hair cut I wanted. I would recommend Mia to anyone. Also, pricing was reasonable. Happy customer!

I knew I was taking a chance getting my hair cut here but I am SUPER happy with the results from my visit with Mi Young. There was no wait so I was taken back right away, and I showed her a pic of a haircut I had previously and she was able to cut it the same way. Thank you Mi!

Hanh at the Factoria store is my go to and requested hair stylist. She does a great job and and consistent with the haircut result that I want.
Requested style: High and tight on the sides. Trim 1/2 in off the top.

My hair cut is so bad , no products or style can fix it. Mia was not understanding the request I was making . I asked for shoulder length with layers as my hair is super curly. She kept chopping my hair and than goes OH you have curly hair. Yes I do and that’s what I told you. She realized she had chopped it SO much that there was NO saving the mess she created. My hair now is below my ears, with a straight line cut at the back, which looks SO weird. Ugghh if I didn’t have a flight to catch I would have waited till Sunday to have Mi. So upset with this horrible haircut and I know Mia knew she messed up as she rushed me out. Wish she took time to listen and understand my request. I left the salon in tears.

Beware! They added a $10 tip charge for a $25 haircut. Location: Factoria Village, Bellevue, WA
They didn't provide the receipt initially. I returned to the location to get the receipt to find out the $10 tip charge.

I've been coming here for about two years now and get a consistently decent cut for $25 plus tip. I'll be bald soon, but the ladies here really know how to give a graceful short crop to a growing bald spot.

Probably the worst haircut experience I have ever received. Hairdresser asked me judgmental questions "unemployed? why are you here?" and kept staring at a bandage I had from a doctor's appointment. Seemed disgusted with me from the moment I walked in the door and made me feel unwelcome.When I gave instructions on how I wanted my hair cut she ignored me and just turned on a razor and shaved it all off short. Didn't even attempt to keep my existing style, ruined my bangs. It will take me months for my hair to be long enough to have my original look back. Will never come back here.
