I had a great first experience here. The staff was friendly, and my kids enjoyed visiting. My daughters like plushies the most, and their buy one get one half off is a fair deal. Along with that, they have what the stores are named after. I suggest stopping by and seeing anything you fancy. They have a wide variety of things for kids and adults alike. Great deals. They have a ton of stuff geared towards toddlers all the way up to collectibles for adults. Xmen, Universal monsters such as wolfman, dracula etc, godzilla, Pokémon, Nintendo, prank stuff for your work mates. They have a niche for everybody, and both times I've been there they have clearance items that are up to 60% off and they aren't cheap toys either. I got a 200$ Alien statue for like 80 dollars lol. I'm a 40 year old male adult and I love this place.

This store is just okay, at best. I suppose it's fine in a pinch if you need a last-minute gift or something, or if you're really itching to peruse a wide selection of calendars, but overall it just feels... suspect. For example, the selection of toys and games is odd: I saw some "Wal-Mart Exclusive" toys (?!), and generally a lot of it looks like new-old-stock that's been sitting around forever, with some things actually slightly beat-up looking. I'm a big board gamer, and the game selection is strange, too – it's neither the mainstream stuff you'd find in a big-box store, nor the designer games you'd find in a local game store (either of those options would be better for purchasing a game, btw.) They also charge $1 for a shopping bag, which would be fine if it was worth $1, but it's a junker that probably cost them $.05. I won't be returning...

This is my first time writing a negative review. I walked into the store today with my two year old son who was well behaved and the bald man with the strong accent I assume is a manager scolded me for touching a toy. The entire time the manager was staring at my son and I as if we were about to shop lift items (we were not). I will never return to this store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I I HAVE EVER RECEIVED BY FAR. Please give your business to a more deserving place. If you’re looking for toys bellevue square macys has a toys r us in the lower level and there is a Lego store at the mall.The guy running this place is in the wrong industry….I’m certain all the reviews about good customer service are 100% fake.

The gentleman in question who customers are saying is the owner and yelled at kids was not the owner and is no longer at this store. The staff are nice and helpful and provide excellent service.

My kids and I were so excited to see another toy store at this mall, but unfortunately our excitement was cut short like many other reviews by an employee who was bald and had a foreign accent. He proceeded to reprimand both of my kids at different times both with no cause except holding toys that they wanted me to purchase. When we asked him for help finding a toy he rolled his eyes and while walking away told us he didn't have any of those toys when we were obviously holding one but we forgot where we grabbed it to grab another. When asked to speak to the manager he said it was him and ended up screaming at us, called mall security to get us out, and thankfully for that because mall security very nicely helped us and asked us if we wanted to submit a formal mall complaint against him. Never again even stepping foot at this store. Please believe all these reviews and let's bring better stores to this beloved mall.

Staff were outstanding. They went out of their way to assist us to get what we wanted from another store of theirs. Kudos to the lady who helped us. She was very welcoming and pleasant. She showed a lot of patience when we had many questions with our impatient kids. We will definitely re-visit this store.

Was looking for a new game. The store had a great selection. Super impressed by the service in the store, particularly when it was fairly busy and kids were not well attended and allowed to treat staff and merchandise with disregard. I was impressed with the amount ofattitude from other customers the sales person had to manage and monitor in the time I was in the store. Retail is rough. I worked retail and can totally feel appreciative of good service when in those situations

For the folks who keep posting 1 star reviews about “the owner” being mean to kids. It’s not the owner and that person no longer works in the store and hasn’t for a while. This is a fun locally owned store with a fantastic team of staff and a great selection of merchandise.

The owner got upset that my 7 year old was excited and running through the store so he decided to discipline him. When confronted he called security. He got paranoid on the phone asking them to come quick . Reading the reviews and his attitude with people I am really not sure why he is in this business
