I was in an accident a few months ago and was nervous about picking a body shop, but Factory Finish exceeded all my expectations and made my car look amazing!! Once my car got into the shop it took about 3 weeks to finish which was quicker than I expected. The paint color matched perfectly and body work was excellent. The staff is so helpful, kind and professional and worked seamlessly with insurance. I hope I never need collision repairs again but if I do, I know where to go!

I walked into Factory Finish without an appointment to get an estimate for some scratches on my car’s rear passenger door.
Roeuth not only welcomed me but took the time to explain the process and provide a rough estimate. What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by proactively removing the white marks (transfer) left from the damage, making the car look significantly better right on the spot. I left the shop very satisfied. Roeuth’s exceptional service has earned my trust, and I highly recommend Factory Finish to anyone in need of car repairs.

Factory Finish hit a home run! I have a 2024 Truck that was involved in an accident and damaged most of the passenger side. I didn't think anyone could get it back to the new condition it was in prior to the accident. Mick and his team completely amazed me with the exceptional job they did restoring my truck to showroom condition. Easy drop off and rental car pickup, weekly updates, working with insurance, every step of the way was easy, thoughtful and exceeded my expectations. These guys are true professionals and I cannot recommend them enough. Avoid the headaches of bad repair places and get it done right, they truly live up to their name, Factory Finish. Thank you guys so much, I hope I never need the service again, but if I do, I know where I'm taking my vehicle.

Car ended up looking like new. In fact even the interior was returned in better condition that when I drop it off. 100% recommended. Will continue to use on the future.

They did amazing job on my old SUV after a collision. They worked on keeping the costs down to ensure that the insurance will not total the car and go with repairs instead, but still delivered the car in like-new condition. They even went an extra mile to polish the headlight that wasn't replaced to match the brand new headlight on the other side!!!
It's a second time I work with them and the experience is consistently pleasant.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE don't go here if you would like your vehicle taken care of and repaired. They called me and stated they are unable to work on my vehicle after waiting months for this appointment. They said they were unable to pull codes from my vehicle so they refuse to work on it. Why do they need to pull codes if my vehicle is there to get body repairs? But let's say that's just they're process. Okay, fine. I will find a different shop to take care of me and my vehicle. I told them I will come pick up my car but i am unable to do so until a few days due to my work schedule. He said that I will be charged a $75 fee a day till I pick up my vehicle. Also, said he doesn't have space for my car and will be parking it up front and he will not be responsible for damages. So he will be charging me for storage fee but not even storage it? So you will treat me differently just because you are no longer doing repairs for my vehicle? This isn't how customer service works, Mike or Nick or whatever his name is was not trying to help me whatsoever. That says a lot about a manager. i recommend staying away from this shop and save yourself the stress and time.

First, they did not connect front bumper camera properly (loose connector lost contact after a day or two from pick up), and now the dealership tells me the wires of an oil sensor are damaged, magically after a bumper repair at Factory Finish...well it was not factory finished

I had a great experience with these folks, from the first phone call to the time I picked up the car.Very good body work, excellent job with paint, and they even did a full interior detail and wash, which had nothing to do with the repairs!I will definitely put this shop on the short list should I ever need body work in the future!
