The rooms are nice and clean. This location does not have a gym but the full kitchen without stove, was worth it!Noteworthy details: Come prepared to clean your own room and remove your own trash.

Worst cleaning crew EVER. None speak English, clean once every 14 days. Clueless. Starts from management down.STAY AWAY. You don't see the same office people , constantly new people hired, what's that tell ya.

The best customer support in existence anywhere on Earth that fateful night from Anna. I and my wife arrived super late in Seattle just to find out we cannot contact the renting person, so we had to crash at this location for the night. This is when we met Anna who is doing the night shift all by herself. She helped us with our situation, offered condolenses, suggest possible avenues to resolve our struggle, she even reminded me to pull up my membership account to get the best rate for the night. When we got hold of the renter later, she was super helpful and understanding when helping us check out. And since it was so late even keep the door locked while we waited for our Uber to make my wife feel safer. I have never stayed in Extended Stay America before but a front desk person like Anna makes all the differences! Literally turning a night of abject anxiety into something managable and even pleasant. I just wish everyone in the hospitality industry can be like her. BEST PERSON EVER!

The hotel is located next to several microsoft offices and restaurants in walking distance. There is plenty of parking outdoors at this location and does not have a parking garage perfect for large or over height vehicles. Rooms are very dated and appear to not have been updated since they were built. Rooms are very thin walled. I was able to hear the music playing in the room next to me on one side word for word and wasn't that loud. The other room next to me, I could hear the couple talking and dogs barking all the time. Rooms do have a cooktop microwave and full-size fridge. For some reason, if you want the dishes and pots and pans, you have to go ask for them in the lobby and bring them back to the room yourself. They advertise as having a full continental breakfast. Save yourself the time it is only nutra grain bars, muffins, and coffee. The staff I talked to left much to be desired, offering little help and not a lot of service. Several times on my 2 week stay, they turned off the key to the room, saying we needed to make a payment for a stay that had been paid in full at booking. Had to show them the payment to get a new key made with not even a sorry from them for the issue. If you're looking for a cheap stay at a bare minimum hotel, this is your place. If you want any kind of comfort, then I suggest paying a bit more and going to a different location.

Check-in was quick, friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and well-maintained. Location is easy to find.

My wife and I reserved a room on May 12 when entering the room immediately there was a horrific ? smell. After a short period of time we were unable to take it anymore. At that time my wife went to the font desk and received no help, no assistance, or a refund. Beware don't stay here, you won't get a clean and nice smelling room. We are not the type of people to be real picky but if we pay 149.00 for a room we would hope it at least didnt smell. These people are unprofessional employees, the hotel does not care about returning clientail, and won't return calls. Just please rethink staying here.

On May 12 I had reserved a room for 1 night. I checked in to the hotel at approximately 4pm and they put us in room 407. Right when we opened the door there was a horrible smell. We tried for two hours to stay but then the smell was giving me a headache and my husband a nauseous ? feeling. I spoke to the front desk who was not interested in my concern or cared so I asked for a refund of my 149.00 and he said nope can't help I can't refund. He handed me a business card of the general manager. When I called the number the next day I did not get her I spent several hours trying to get assistance and nothing. Finally I spoke to the customer service line who didn't care to try and assist me. After another day of calling several times I was able to talk to the customer complaint line who at least listened and tried to assist a little, but her manager never called me back for my refund. This is a very bad place to stay, the employees don't care, they don't try to assist, or show any kind of customer service care, honestly I was surprised to even see 5 stars on the reviews for this extended stay. It's the worst one I've been to. I have been from one coast to the other staying in extended stays and never had come across one so bad it was the worst experience and I lost 149.00 for a two hour stay in a smelly room.

Location made it easy to get to where I needed for work. That’s really the only nice part about this hotel.Room was dirty, stained and smelled. Could hear other guests, especially with the outdoor entrances. Old pillows and blankets. In general I would describe it as “tired.”

All was perfect, just what I wanted and needed.Breakfast was really minimal. Did not expect something fancy, but something more than cupcakes and bars would have been nice.
