Nice jewelry but a bit on the pricey side for sure. Very professional response owner. I'd buy a piece if the price was right but that's yet to happen with your store. I own jewelry, I've bought jewelry and I know it's worth, just because I haven't bought from you doesn't mean I don't know what's up. So I will leave this review for those who may not know any better. I know how Google works, been using it since the WWW started.

We had been searching for awhile for the perfect engagement ring and knowing that I wanted an estate circa 1920's ring I knew we were in for a challenge. I found EraGem on Instagram and instantly fell in love with their gorgeous vintage designs. Even though I was VERY hesitant about purchasing a ring online without trying it on, Meghan at EraGem made the experience seamless. With their happiness guarantee you don't have to worry at all. They even sized the ring for me and would still return it if I wasn't happy. Meghan's customer service, product knowledge and all around wonderful demeanor took the experience to the next level. I couldn't decide on a matching band because I couldn't visualize them next to the engagement ring, so Meghan took several videos of the different bands on her finger with the ring so I could see which one would look best. She truly went above and beyond for our very special purchase and we could not be happier. The ring is even more stunning in person and I absolutely love it! If you're hesitating to purchase a long distance item from EraGem, DON'T...it was a fabulous experience and Meghan made us feel so special. I'm already looking to purchase another ring from them. Thank you EraGem and Meghan!! We are eternally grateful.

I recently purchased a gift from Eragem, over the weekend and obviously I haven’t received it yet as it needs resizing and such…but felt I had to show my gratitude as soon as possible. I’m sure it’ll be everything I saw on their website, but it’s their customer service that is simply AS GOOD AS IT CAN GET! I’m a first time customer, and they’ve treated me like an old friend. All of my questions and requests were answered just moments after sending them, and some were in the middle of the night during the weekend. Then they’re doing all they can to expedite sizing and delivery for me; I’ve even offered to pay for this, and the entire time they’ve only gone further and further to accommodate me without asking for a single penny more. This is something rare to see from retailers these days and because of this they’ve definitely earned a customer for life.

Excellent transaction, the ring was exactly as presented on the website, photography was spot on. Packaging is excellent and the transaction was lightning fast (I didn't need sizing). I would highly recommend this company as honest, reliable, phenomenal offerings, and excellent customer service.

I've bought a ring and diamond pendant from EraGem and contacted them multiple times with questions. The jewelry I bought is gorgeous and was delivered quickly and packaged beautifully. Customer service is exceptional. All of my questions have been answered within a few hours - sometimes less. I can't recommend this jeweler enough.

The customer service with EraGem is excellent. They responded to all my email promptly and extremely courteous. I had a unique situation in that the credit company they use had my birthday incorrect. It took about a month to correct. EraGem put my ring on hold for me so that I could purchase when the credit situation was resolved. Their jewelry is so unique. I am very impressed with EraGem.Addition: My ring arrived on time and in wonderful condition. I am so impressed with this purchase. The sizing change was spot on. It is so much more beautiful in person. Thank you EraGem.

I saw a cruz full of diamond super small ,for 15000 uaa excuse but don't posted, super thing overpriced that cruz maybe cost 400 diamond no $15000 is really offensive please big scam !!! Don't posted your website in my face book

My partner and I picked out a ring here. It is beautiful. Customer service was great and fast shipping. The ring was purchased for around $19,000 and the appraisal that came with it was about $22,000. When the ring arrived we had it independently appraised by three different jewelers. These appraisals ranged from $9,000-10,000. Needless to say we are happy that they have a 60 day money back return policy. I understand they want to make a profit, but insuring this ring would be a total loss of almost $10,000 if something ever happened.

Buying with EraGem was so hassle free. I purchased a pearl pendant and it was even more beautiful than the photo. Shipping is free and package arrived the next day. I only wish that all on-line shopping was as easy.

Ive ordered from Eragem twice. First for a ************ wedding ring and now I just recieved a band ring to go with it. Its been hard to find something with the right size diamonds with a curve to fit around my original purchase. Its been a few years but I finally found what Id been waiting for and Im not at all disappointed. I highly recommend this company for your jewelry wants and needs. Always easy and professional.
