On 12/1/23 I did not have a good experience. The front desk lady seated on the left said I could go back and she unlocked the door the leads to exam rooms and lab. When I went through the door I was NOT greeted by any PROVIDER. I called out "Hello?!" at the desk at the very end of the hall on the right. I saw providers sitting at nearby desk but none of them greeted me. Then a lady at the end of the hall called out my name. Her tone of voice was RUDE. She asked for my name and then said, "YOU need to wait here!" It was my first time (I later explained to her it is my first time). The waiting area for the lab is not clear. I noticed at the end of my visit it was on the wall inside the room, but not on the exterior wall. Sharon (phlebotomist) did not appear confident in what blood panels needed to be done. She had to ask me what blood panels are needed. I was upset because this appears that she did not read my chart. I asked her to call my other provider but she did not.

Stay away. Crooked clinic. They charged me $227 on one lab test alone without my approval.I called them Multiple times to correct the bill and they keep telling me they will look into it but after the third time calling we have no notes that you called and saying I had no information about this matter.They made up notes in their system to avoid the issue- basically lying. Everett clinic is not to be trusted. I will never go back to any of their clinics and file a state complaint about their misleading documentation and Fraudulent billing.

Do NOT recommend Dr. Vanessa Tong or The Everett Clinic in general. My visit with her on 08/26/2023 was probably the worst experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. I work in healthcare and understand the challenges, each appointment I have ever had, I make sure to come prepared by making a list of my concerns in order to try my best to streamline my visits.The Everett Clinic does not have a general scheduling line, you have to call by department and by location to schedule if you want to see anyone besides what is already listed in MyChart. For this visit, I was wanting to meet and potentially establish care with a new PCP but was forced to schedule an annual physical exam after going through multiple phone trees.Dr. Tong spent half the visit asking me why I decided to come to the Bellevue location instead of one closer to home. Along with my physical, I needed medication refills and referrals placed (both things are generally included with an annual check) but I was told that there are other patients and I need to make another appointment to talk about anything else after my refill request. Dr. Tong spent the entire visit facing her computer and typing rather than focusing on my visit, it took her 30 minutes to place my medication refill and then complained that I was taking up too much of her time. She told me I should “understand what it’s like” since I work in healthcare. Sorry but no, I don’t understand your lack of professionalism and care.I waited months for this appointment, showed up earlier as requested, and still got the bare minimum from my visit. Dr. Tong decided to change my visit to an acute visit instead of a physical because I needed refills and referrals. Finding primary care is very difficult and is often met with wait times, I am now having to wait months again (not with The Everett Clinic) to cover the rest of my health concerns which should have been covered during my visit on 08/26/2023.I don’t want a generic apology or response, I just want others to reconsider establishing care with Dr. Vanessa Tong and The Everett Clinic.

Haven’t been to the doctors for a long time because I haven’t really had a reason to.Needed to get a first class medical done for the FAA, and found Dr. Kraft as my local examiner.My appointment was taken on time, I every single person I interacted with here was extremely pleasant and kind. From the front desk people making conversation to the extremely personable Francis, Donna and Dr. Denise Kraft helping me get through my medical exams. At no point did I feel like I was at the doctors office, but more around a system of people who cared.Came in for a mandated medical exam, left with them as my go to family doctor!

Dr. Patel is hands down my favorite doctor I’ve ever had. She’s kind, personable, and legitimately listens to you. She just placed my first IUD and it was the absolute warmest medical encounter I’ve ever had.

UPDATE: Changing my review from 5⭐ to 3⭐. Not because of the clinic, but because of Dr. Tong. 1 year ago I came here to get help with harmful side effects of a necessary medication for a neurological disorder. Dr. Tong discovered I was also suffering from depression and anxiety. I was prescribed an antidepressant. I asked for a replacement for my disorder medication (since the disorder itself can cause depression and anxiety) and was denied, and told to come back every 3 months if I wanted to continue treatment. At my 3 month check in I again inquired about medication therapy for my neurological disorder since I was still struggling a bit. I was denied treatment and directed to continue taking my antidepressant.I recently discovered that the antidepressant Dr. Tong prescribed to replace my disorder medication actually continued my depression. I have since found a new clinic and doctor, discontinued the anti depressant, and have been treating my disorder. I'm doing significantly better and can't believe I survived the last year taking a medication that was more harm than good.PREVIOUS REVIEW: It's a bit tricky to navigate because the clinic name isn't listed on the outside sign. If you're turning in from 112th you'll see a sign labeled as "COMMONS". There is tons of parking outside as well as a free garage. The clinic has friendly staff, office is clean and well organized. I see Dr. Tong and she is very involved in my care and askes lots of questions to get a comprehensive idea of what the best options are for me.

This location has gone downhill since the Everett acquisition, and maybe I should have realized when all my PCPs kept leaving 1 by 1. If switching PCPs and having to answer all the same questions and provide all the same context again appointment over appointment wasn't annoying enough, I've also been given incorrect appointment information before when scheduling over the phone that resulted in me being late by 15 minutes (though on time based on what I was told) and having my appointment CANCELLED.Absolutely awful service, would highly recommend going elsewhere if you can.

I use to go to this place but when i came to know they don't care about patients they are irresponsible for the paper work and they charge me even though I have my insurance. i don't like to give one star also for this clinic but its not allowing me to post with out star.

Linda Fluke was so helpful and kind. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is because the staff seemed disinterested and annoyed that I was there. The parking lot is kind of a maze, and I went the wrong way several times on my way to my visit, so make sure you get here early. I was reading the reviews and wanted to assure people things are pretty good for a doctors office. Stay healthy!

The only reason that I'm still with this clinic for 20 years is because of Dr. Paras' care. She is the BEST Dr ever.The front desk staff are rude and unfriendly. Seems like they are there just for the paycheck . They don't even greet their patient and appears like they are doing you a favor!With all the negative reviews on the front desk staff why doesn't the owner do something about this ?I have spoken to Andrea a few times when making an appointment and she is lovely and awesome! Always speaks with a smile. She even remembers me.JK

I would highly encourage patients to look into getting their care here especially ones looking for new primary care physicians. The doctors; especially the medical support staff are second to none. They are on top of it, attention to detail and always go above and beyond to ensure every patient is tended to during and after business hours. It's the little things like medication, prescription questions, follow up visit inquiries. The two providers that I often see are Illana Simon and Leilani Paras but I have heard great things about the other providers and they have received amazing feedback from my peers. Thank you Eastside Family/ Everett Clinic Medical team for you consistent, professional and "patient's first" approach to caring for us.
