This place is now permanently closed. According to their voicemail.made an appointment online, but for some reason their portal suggested a week in advance. Even though they didn’t have any appointments. I showed up the next Tuesday and got it done right away even though my appointment was another day.Was referred here by my dentist. The process took literally less than five minutes it was $275 which I think is ridiculous. They gave me the paperwork to get a refund. A year later, I’m still fighting with my insurance company to pay for it.The person working at the desk was also the person who took the imaging. I’m all for being efficient but damn.I’m pretty upset I was told I would get reimbursed which I still have not been able to get reimbursed for such a high cost.

Everyone in our family has taken turns having orthodontic imaging done at Northwest Radiography. Everyone in this office is super professional and welcoming! They are time efficient and have always explained the process to us or our kids while taking necessary imaging. We would highly recommend this office.
