Was not aware I had to have the original box to get my core charge back. Really stings after just having gotten in an accident totaling the car the part was for, and I’m just trying to recuperate some costs. Stings the most that I got in the accident GETTING here to return said core. If it were different circumstances I might not be so upset, but what do they care

I went to this parts store because it was close to my house. I needed a few things that are very common in all auto parts stores. This store was hands down the most poorly stocked parts store I've ever been to. Someone really needs to break suction with a chair and do a regular inventory. I'll drive the extra mile next time.

I was so impressed with this auto parts store. We had a small maintenance issue and stopped to get a battery. The employee (possibly the manager) came right out to test our battery. We bought a new one with a 2 year warranty. We were expecting to have to buy tools as well.. but they were able to loan us some of their personal tools. Both the employees were very helpful and professional. I will find out their names and edit this tomorrow they deserve recognition for their great customer service. I definitely recommend this location.

I had to go here for a battery on 11-3 around 5pm. I just had to leave a review here because the woman and man who work here are absolutely wonderful! They were super friendly, helpful, and really de-stressed my girlfriend who was worried about being stuck due to our battery going out. Whoever is in charge needs to give these 2 a raise! Thanks so much for being so friendly, this is what makes life long customers. Absolutely wonderful!

I just wanted to thank Amanda and Spyder for helping me purchase windshield wipers for the first time. I also wanted to thank them both for staying 44 minutes past closing to help me install them step by step, but also assessing and solving the reason why my rear windshield wipers weren’t attaching correctly. They both cut their hands on accident in the process doing so. These individuals went above and beyond to satisfy a customer and provided excellent service, which isn’t too common now a days. They both promptly deserve a raise (in the equivalents of dollars not cents).Thanks again Amanda and Spyder!
