Heaton Wrenn is the person to talk to if you are looking to understand the complexity of a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC). So knowledgeable, and is willing to patiently listen to and answer all of your questions. Call or email him and he responds promptly. Highly recommend!

This is a corporate headquarters not an actual Banner Bank branch. People there were friendly and directed me to the nearest branch

6 years ago I had a serious problem with my last bank and I asked around for a new one. A friend of mine told me "Banner is the only bank which never made me cry". I have been EXTREMELY happy with Banner! Their attitude is always "how can we make this work" rather than "we can't do that". An example is when the IRS sent me (the executor) a check for my mother who had passed away made out to my mother. They made it possible to deposit it without having to have the IRS reissue it. A more recent example is when my husband's wallet was pickpocketed in Italy. We had to cancel many credit cards, our debit cards, and our checking account. They helped me figure out (long distance) how one account was still safe and I could get money out of it if I needed it. And Banner was the only one giving sympathy for the whole mess!I have many, many more examples. Basically, they are a bank who cares about their customers.

Unhelpful. They don't want to help, they just want to give you a phone number to call so they don't have to help you even when they're not busy. They gave me a phone number for customer service and I still didn't get the help I needed.

I have been going to this branch for the last 2 years and what has kept me from coming back to this branch to do my banking is the wonderful and professionalism of Dave (manager), Nivedah and Sandra (guest teller). Both Nivedah and Sandra have always display a professional attitude towards their customers and have always shown a willingness to go the extra mile for their customers. It is the people that work at this branch that it is in my personal opinion being a long time Banner Bank customer that makes me continue to bank at Banner Bank.

After Keybank put our mortgage in jeopardy through ignorance of their own products, procedures and requirements we stopped at Banner to see if there was something they could do to help us on their end. Please see my review of Keybank for a too long take of incompetence. Vicki, the Assistant VP of Customer Experience was happy to sit down with us and explain the best options for getting the money Key was delaying into our account for verification from the mortgage company. She knew my husband and I by sight and calmly explained our options. I've only had an account for 2 years and she still treated us as if we were valued clients. Contrast with Keybank where my family has had account for 30+ years and we were left standing for three hours and told that we, as mere customers, couldn't talk to anyone besides the personal banker whose service we had issues with. Banner may not be open on weekends but they won't try to upsell you every time you walk in the door and they will treat you not only as a person but as a called client

There's two women that work at this location that are nasty and rude people! One is a tall white older lady that drives a pile of s*** gold Toyota Camry that's smashed with missing hub caps and the other one is a younger Indian girl. They play off each other and treat certain customers nasty as hell for NO reason. I've sent in friends into this location so I can hear their feed back on what they thought about these women. And everyone said the exact same thing, and I didn't say anything to them about how nasty they're. Go figure!! They both shouldn't be working with people. They both belong in a hole in the wall all by themself

The end of an era, after 15 years plus its time for a change. I told them if I am going to be treated like crud, I would rather Wells Fargo or another big bank be the ones treating me bad. I was going to hold off on a poor review because the old staff at the bank was very nice and kind. The newer vintage staff, or potentially managers are just not involved or concerned with the clients. Today I went to send out two wires, I was leaving town for a week and needed them sent during the middle of next week, apparently they cannot provide such a service, and you need to go in on the day of wire or the day prior? But what if you are not in town? Plus they charge more than average for such services. So...... I am annoyed with some other stuff they did, then I read online about how Banner Bank has issued a special dividend for their stock holders. Then I review my statements, and yup all my fees have been increased and they even lowered the interest accrual. Sorry girls - it was good while it lasted. PS. the going rate is about 1.50% for a savings account, and 0.01% no longer is the going rate its not 2012 anymore.

I cannot believe how rude the tellers are at this location. The customer service is the lowest I have ever experienced at a Bank. They assist you as if it is a tremendous burden. The personal bankers do indeed show more professionalism and interest in assisting their customers but PLEASE, (management) Teach your tellers how to fake a smile and drop their lazy attitude when dealing with customers.

We have had nothing but issues with this bank. They charge for EVERYTHING and fail again and again. We have so much better service for our personal bank. You'd think we'd get more for a business account. It is way past time for a change. See You Banner. Choose another - these guys are stuck in the last century.

If you are looking for a local bank with bankers who are really kind, this is a great bank. The only downside is they are not open on the weekend.

Amazing customer service!! I moved out of state and needed to close my accounts. One of the bankers offered to walk a cashiers check with my full balance (no fee) over to my new national bank's Bellevue branch, and sent me a deposit receipt the same day I requested to close my account. If Banner opens in Tucson, AZ I will definitely be banking with them again! Thank you!! :)
