Terrible Terrible Terrible customer service. Tried several times over a week to order a transmission for my truck. Keep getting some high school kids bouncing me for one to another asking the same questions. Every time I call I have to start the ordering process over. Heard many times that they will call me back and guess what, they never do. Extremely disappointed with this store in particular. There are many auto parts stores to choose from. I made a terrible choice in picking this one. Avoid them and save yourself the disappointment. I still don’t have the part I need.

Julio is extremely nice to me. He even helped me to replace my cabinet air filter when I asked. I do appreciate his help. I would recommend this store to anyone. Great customer service! Thank you so much!

The manager of this location off of Main Street in Bellevue, WA was absolutely outstanding. His name is Luke. I spoke to him in person right around closing time and he said come in the next morning between 8 - 9 am. I did so and Luke was there. He took care of replacing and installing my battery in my 2014 Ford Escape (which is not an easy removal and installation). I know about customer service, as I am in that industry. Luke brings the very best to customer service! Well done Luke!

Been coming to this location for years and always have been taken care of. Today I stopped in for a new battery and Luke took care of switching it out for me. Thanks a lot for another great experience!

Went in for a serpentine belt, and the guy said that he suspects our idler pully. Got home to replace it, and it turns out that our idler pully was totally busted! He was spot on! Super helpful!

Wonderful help that went above and beyond! Luke cleared the microbiome off my windshields and got all the new wipers installed, and the other clerk’s (his name might’ve been Christopher, iirc) cheerfulness and knowledge got me feeling confident my ride was gunna be a-ok and was in very good hands. Thanks!

They recycle garage door opener batteries. Thought I’d get some new wiper blades while I was there, and was surprised to have the store manager offered to install them for me, just like the old days.
