UPDATE: I have a 2006 DB9 and wanted to update the information system to have CarPlay. It was almost an imposible task as Aston Martin hasn’t developed a kit for upgrading what my car has. Thanks to John Bui and Vince they were able and successfully installed an Aston Installations Kit. Now my car has a HD screen and the full CarPlay system working. They are by far the best team ever to take care of my needs.
We went to have our car serviced with the help of John Bui (JB). We got first to the AM dealership where a sign took us across to the other car dealerships they operate.. a very nice receptionist directed us to the actual shop.. considering we drove 200 km to get there at first we were surprised and tired but once we got to see JB he made the experience a fantastic experience. He is super approachable and listens with patience. He answered all of our questions and took care of us with great care and professionalism.
The car was ready on time, impeccable and with everything done as expected. JB took all the necessary time to answer any additional questions: we for sure will drive back the 200 km just to get our car serviced there !

Got the leak Detection Gas Detection unit from these guys. One of the technians, a black chap, really knew his s**** Spent 2 years being trained by Aston Martin in England. Awesome dealership!

My experience at Park Place was about average, but there were two things that stood out which warranted taking the time to write this review. The copy of the window sticker that was provided with the marketing material for the vehicle listed a second key, which cost $750.00 when initially purchased from the dealer. After driving three hours to the dealership to pick up the car, I was provided with only one key. I asked about the second, and was told they didn’t have it. When I inquired later on about purchasing an additional key, they offered to sell me one for $2,100.00. Yes, $2,100.00 for a car key, when the listing stated that the car came with a second key. That is nearly triple the price that was initially charged by the dealer at purchase. This was the first of two instances in which I felt I was being price gouged.The second major red flag had to do with the shipping of the vehicle. Initially I had planned to have the car shipped to me, and the price for delivery was quoted at $1,600.00-$2,500.00. I was told that the cost would be bundled into the final sales price. For a journey of less than 200 miles, I found the price to be far too high, so I ended up picking the car up in person. When I arrived, I asked the salesman to remove the delivery charge since I took delivery at the dealership, rather than in my home state. The dealership would only agree to remove $500.00 from the sales price, leaving me to pay $1,100.00 to $2,000.00 for a delivery that never took place. Since the vehicle I purchased took me many months to find, I went through with the purchase, despite feeling duped out of quite a bit of money.Park Place has a great selection of cars, but beware of being nickel and dimed and overcharged for any extras or items that should be included with your car. It seems as if they feel that since they sell high dollar vehicles, they can wantonly overcharge their customers.

Matthew Carrick.... A rare bird... Professional, honest and reliable. I live in Florida and bought a $70,000 car sight unseen from Washington State this was a very difficult decision for me but due to time and costs its what I had to do. I am not a professional car buyer, i just saw a car a really liked, called and spoke to a person (many times) who was very honest and seemed sincere and then based on my gut feeling about this person I paid for and received a car via transport. The care was immaculate with documentation to a level i have never seen in all my 59 years and I am more than happy with the car and the place I purchased it from. Great Job Matthew and Rich in finance I am very pleased and would be happy to speak about my great experience with Park Place to any potential car buyer. -Jay Martin

I recently purchased a 2011 certified Aston DB9 from Park Place Ltd. I live out of state which was not a problem, Monte the sales advisor and Richard the finance manager handled everything efficiently via email and occasional phone call. I flew in spent just a few minutes signing the docs and drove back to CA enjoying the car all 1100 miles. There was no sales pressure or any of that fake big dealer glitzy garb, the staff I met have been there for years and seemed to be genuine car enthusiasts. Monte the Aston sales specialist sold the Aston I bought to its original owner, his somewhat faded business card was hidden in the pages of the owner's manual. I will return to Park Place for my next car, it was worth the travel.......

Traveled all the way from Astoria, OR (4 hours away) and was greeted by a man who wouldn't take his eyes off his phone or take time to show us around one of the many beautiful vehicles. And he wouldn't let us sit in one either. But he would only let us know while still in the other room... still on his phone. Losing out on great opportunities with that mindset.

First off, spectacular cars, beautiful building. Although I received poor service when walked into the dealership. Was not greeted. I took a seat in the V12 Vantage S and the gentleman told me I was not allowed to sit in the vehicles. The gentalmen pays more attention to his phone then his potential customers. I will take my buinesness to another dealership in the future, thank you.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking on the phone with Doug in the service dept to discuss an issue with my DB9. Despite me being located across the country, Doug was more than willing to answer my questions (Park Place Aston Martin's reputation is why I called them for their opinion) and provided thorough advice on the best method for servicing my car. He was extremely knowledgeable and a class act. Would highly recommend.
