I really wanted to give them 5 stars. Unfortunately like everyone else I need to be honest in this review and their poor service means i must warn others not to use Alto.I had a good experience with them once when i was sick with cough and seeing how its home delivery, i tried to move some of my regular prescriptions to them. This is where the trouble starts.They priced one of my medicines incorrectly ($112 more than what i am supposed to pay), i confirmed with insurance that they are 100% covered like they have always been. Alto Pharmacy pretty much threw their hands up and arent able to fix it so i need to transfer the prescription back. They did not even try to fix it from what my insurance told me since they said Alto should be getting 100% reimbursed by insurance if they bill it properly.Unfortunately the prescription transfer phone number for Alto is same as customer service and no one picks up the phone as everyone else has mentioned. So now i am out of my medicine with my pharmacy trying to get the prescription transferred back to them. SERIOUSLY, ALTO PHARMACY, INVEST IN HIRING A CALL CENTER AND PICK UP THE PHONE!!!I would not be able to recommend this pharmacy due to poor customer service and obvious gaps in working with insurance on medicines. Done waste your time, QFC, Fred Meyer, Costco, Safeway, CVS, Bartell, Walmart - All of these will give you infinitely better customer service.

Their app is so easy to use and their customer service is the best quality. They’re very quick to respond to messages and have helped me out when I’ve run short on medication at very short notice. Every delivery has been handled perfectly and on-time. Can’t rate them highly enough!

I had the worst experience ever, so personally I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone.I got my refrigeration required medication 3 days after the expected delivery date. The medication got ruined and they didn't care about it. No refund , not even an apology.Rude and useless customer service.

This pharmacy can be fine, or *horrific* depending on the day. I first used them about a year ago and my very first order (a super time sensitive med that I get very sick if I don't have) they cancelled the delivery DURING my delivery window. With no notice to me; my meds just didn't show up.I've had two additional frustrating incidents since that one - and just today, I was charged $9.99 for a "same day delivery fee."There's two problems with that. #1- you guys advertise "free same-day delivery" and #2 ---- my son's meds today were NOT delivered same day??! Besides that though, these guys are just really difficult to work with. So many things go wrong so much of the time! It's so unpredictableThen there are other times , when the delivery and ordering is seamless. Sometimes couriers are polite and professional, and sometimes they're just plain douchebags. Guess it depends on luck of the draw.

The medication for my daughter hasn't been delivered for the past four months. The delivery driver is stealing the medication. The driver takes pictures and sends them to Alto Pharmacy. I have tried contacting the pharmacy to resolve the issue instead they insist the medication was delivered as indicated by the driver. What happened to customer care? Please someone look into this.... the supervisor refused to look into the matter.

Honestly they used to be so great, easy to work with and very accessible I don’t know if they recently switched software’s, Management, staff or whatever but now I can barely get anyone on the phone, takes days to respond to my online questions and my doctor responds quickly on refilling my medication but takes them 3+ days to process it. I have limited mobility due to a work injury so I loved the convenience but lately it’s harder it’s very frustrating

Always very nice, super fast delivery! My daughter had no omnipod on since last night, was rough night with injections every 3 hrs, bottles of water to help ketone go down, thanks to alto pharmacy we were able to get her omnipods right away today!

I Just relocated to WA State. They helped me alot with the transition. They actually still are helping. So far, its been a good experience with this pharmacy.This is an Update on my last review. I've been using Alto for about 7 months now. Alto has done a terrificjob so far. Above and beyond in some cases. Occasionally we'll have to wait for a medication to be in stock,or the time frame for the delivery is inconvenient, but other than that, they do a great job. They come when they say they're going to come, they also do a good job with communicating the delivery schedules. I'm super happy ? with this pharmacy and will continue to use them.

They were very prompt in sending me the status the moment they received my prescription from my doctor's office. The process to schedule the delivery was very easy. The person who delivered the medication was really patient though it took him 5-10 minutes in finding my home.

This pharmacy is ok. They have fast delivery (same day if you order early enough) as long as it’s not a holiday weekend, which is a plus. Couriers were also friendly. I used them for injection meds and only received alcohol swabs with one order and no gauze at all - both items are typically given for free from other pharmacies with injection meds. They want you to use the app to order meds but you can’t change the amount of meds you receive through the app, which is irritating. They also don’t send you your full prescription when ordering fertility meds, forcing you to reorder multiple times, which adds unnecessary stress during an already stressful time. If given my preference, I would go back to Freedom Pharmacy for fertility meds.

I have been SO impressed with Alto! The website is easy to use, customer service was available well into the evening when I had questions about ordering and they were so knowledgeable and helpful, the texting and communication has been reliable and responsive, the delivery was exactly within the service window I chose (6-9pm), and the prices are the lowest I've found. They are prompt, helpful, courteous, and I really appreciate all of the communication and reminders. Extremely happy and grateful for Alto pharmacy and 10/10 would recommend. Thank you!

We've been working with Alto for 3 years, and have always had great results. When our insurance recommended a different pharmacy (a national brand), all we got was frustration. We switched back to Alto, and they delivered the medication right away.
