As the name suggests, very gentle.
We asked for quote and picked them. They arrived on time. Before they started, we were given a quote again on paper. They carefully wrapper fragile items, carpeted the hallway and put cushions on all corners. No damage from the moving.
They volunteered to come again to take away the boxes.

Todd and his guys got us from Bellevue to Cottage grove in one (well many) pieces. Was tough move from an apartment complex with limited access all the way to our new house in cottage grove. His moving guys were professional and nice to work with, they were always willing to take a bit of extra time so things went smoothly and answer questions. Hauled away our junk, left us feeling reasonably confident I could put stuff together, even moved things when I changed my mind about where things would go. Todd has fabulous taste in music too which made it fun to talk to him. Short move or distance move, these guys are the best!!! Get a quote, it’s worth it! Seattle to cottage grove was a bit of a culture shock but a good one!

Todd and his crew saved the day for me and my family. We had organized our move in advance with 2 other parties but both cancelled last minute. My job wasn’t a huge move, but I did need it to happen quickly and Todd jumped through hoops to make that happen for us. He took excellent care of our belongings, and traversed an extremely complicated staircase and access system to access and carefully remove very heavy furniture and the whole process went quicker than I thought. His crew was pleasant, efficient, and Todd was kind and very communicative throughout the process. He even went back for some items that were missed (due to complexity of job) to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Todd made sacrifices to his personal schedule to make this happen for me and my family and I will call him again to help with future projects.

I had a great positive experience with this company. Todd was really personable during his process! The men were efficient and they took care of my stuff! I was nervous about the whole moving and movers process but I’m glad I hired this time and I have no regrets! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely worth using this service. I highly recommend them and I want to use them the next time we move. They're extremely nice people and I am grateful to them.
With all the weather they were behind on our move appointment, but they kept us informed the whole way. They went above and beyond helping us move out of our flooded apartment and bent over backward to make sure we had everything we needed. They helped us unload our car, put up corner guards and floor mats to keep our home clean, and offered to complimantary help with more heavy objects if we needed.

Our apartment flooded from pipes bursting in a neighboring unit from the winter chill, and despite multiple locations being backlogged (including this one), they still arrived as soon as they were able and assisted in moving all of the furniture and electronics we could salvage. They ensured to lay mats and corner guards in the new apartment to ensure they could move quickly but not damage or dirty the unit, and even picked up any dirt or debris they tracked in. They offered to help unload our cars we had loaded days prior with stuff to save from the flood, and even offered complimentary follow up visit if any of our heavier objects and furniture needed to be rearranged in the new apartment.
We plan to use this service for any future moves and will be highly recommending them to our neighbors affected by the flooding damage, our coworkers who may have suffered, and now everyone who reads their reviews here on google. Access Gentle Movers are well prepared, great at completing their work in a timely manner, and particularly careful in minimizing or negating damage or dirtiness for anything they handle. They made a traumatic moment in our lives a bit brighter and helped relieve a heavy burden of stress from us in these trying times of ours. I cannot recommend them enough - they are unparalleled.

These might be the best movers I’ve ever had. They protected everything. From my furniture, to the carpet, to the doorways, Todd is a straight shooter and will treat you right. His rough quote was higher than the others but he ended up cheaper with final billing. Much better than the ones who try to lowball you to get the job, then bill you more than they estimated. I’d hire him and his guys again in a heartbeat.

I hired Access Gentle Moving on super short notice to pack and load my one bedroom apartment into a moving truck I rented for a one way move out of town. Todd and his crew of four were all great. Good communication throughout. Arrived on time and completed the job in a timely fashion. Even the unloaders I hired to help unload the truck on the other end remarked how good of a packing job Access Gentle Moving had done. If I ever need moving help again in the area, these are my guys!

Todd & his team at Access Gentle Moving are absolutely fabulous and will go the extra mile for their customers. They are not only experts at what they do but will make sure they have their client happy & satisfied before they move to their next project. They helped us mount our television with a mantle mount and also hang some art around the house. Highly highly recommend.

They did an amazing job! They were quick and professional. I appreciated the care they took in my belonging. They even moved a very large safe I had, which I had expected to contract out to a specialty moving company.

They were amazing, making sure so our furniture was wrapped and placing coverings over carpet, stairs and doorways. All employees were nice and worked very hard including the owner. At the end, the owner offered to come back and at no charge to move furniture in between floors or just around the room. And yes I took him up on the offer which he showed up the same day to help us. I would highly recommend these movers and I’ll definitely be using them again when we move next.
