I have a done business with them multiple times, and have always had a good experience. Despite the immense pressure that has been placed on small businesses in this industry, these folks continue to provide the people of Seattle with a vital service. To give one specific example: I had come to pick up several pistols that I had done the paperwork and paid for during an earlier visit. The gentleman who was reviewing my order noticed that I had been overcharged by accident. I didn't even notice this, but this employee had the integrity to point it out and refund me. I tip my cap to you, sir, and to this business as a whole.

A really neat little shop, the employees are not only willing, but happy too help you out and answer questions.Prices are really good as well.Because of how small the store is, they don't have a huge inventory onsite but they have a web catalog that ships (to them) pretty quickly.

Limited hours, entry/exit points, sketchy and dark. Everyone in the front was rude, impatient and belittling. Guy in the back was cool. For a place that calls itself "2nd Amendment." you would think it would be patriotic and welcoming. I felt like I was being treated as a threat the whole time, not a place you want to feel in a gun shop; Or maybe I'm just use to things being different in Texas. But some of the employees referred to being "Suspicious" of customers, and it felt that way for sure. I'm sure every one of those employees had a gun on them and I don't know if I trust being treated as a "Suspect" in a gun shop.I get Gun shops are on ease with the recent crimes in Seattle, but there is a difference between living in fear and being prepared. Maybe I got there on a bad day, or made a bad impression. But I won't be going back.

Great people, great service, good prices. What else can you ask for?? Will use again for sure. Most the bad reviews are from people who can’t read the store hours or some anti-gun nuts that blame inanimate objects for the crimes/actions of bad humans but hate enforcing laws on criminals that commit those crimes while being surprised there is more violent crime. Not sure how their brain works but there you have it.

I had an excellent experience with 2A Industries!So far I've made 3 purchases from them. The staff were top-notch and very knowledgeable, making the purchasing process a breeze. All of my firearms arrived in pristine condition and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed by the team. They aren't always available via phone but are very responsive through email.The only issue I encountered was a mix-up with picking up a firearm(I received a PROCEED email too early), but that was partially my fault as I didn't call or email to verify before heading to the shop. Despite that small hiccup, I would highly recommend 2A Industries to any firearms enthusiast. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and expertise in the industry is unparalleled.Thank you, 2A Industries, for a fantastic experience.

This is THE place to go for FFL transfers. Extremely courteous and helpful employees, a relatively quick process, reasonable fees. It's worth working with their Tuesday/Thursday schedule (though I do hope they add more hours). I will be back!

Ordered a buffer tube/ end plate and castle nut, love that the quality is there billet vs. Forged or extrusion. I can now say for my higher end build its all billet.

Some of these guys are very knowledgeable, nice, and helpful. While some of the others are just, not… Hard to get a hold of them sometimes and those limited hours are tough. My background check failed the first time due to an address change and they just sat on that for awhile without notifying me. The customer service can be lacking here.

It's a small office space directly behind the strip mall shops. On the back side of Allstate and the Chiropractic office. Go left around the concrete blocks placed between the pharmacy and SushiMe. The front door facing some apartments.
