We stored our RV at the St. Johns location for several months. The location was crowded and we were often unable to park our RV into the slot reserved for us, so it hung out into the center of the storage lot. On one occasion had to call the owners to have another customer move their RV so we could fit properly. Location is not secure. No security cameras and on a few occasions, when we came to get our RV or return it, the locked gate was wide open with nobody in the RV storage area. On the few occasions we have talked to owners, she always wants to call us back because she's \"watching a grandchild\". Now, owners have become difficult to get ahold of at all. Went to cancel our contract within the terms they outlined and had to send fax, letter, email (which was returned undelivered actually) and several phone calls - all with no response from owners acknowledging we were canceling our contract with them. Two months later we still received an invoice for the two months where we were no longer under contract with them, despite all the notifications mentioned. They had the nerve to include a late payment fee. Now we can't seem to get ahold of them to resolve this issue. We have left a few voicemails with no returned call or acknowledgement . Do not recommend this place. Pay the extra money and take your RV to a secure, professional location.
