“I had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Zach and they helped me figure out what I wanted to do with my phone and Samsung watch when I was debating between options and unsure what to do. They were nice and understanding and VERY patient with me while my data transfer took 2 hours ? It was a comfortable environment, it didn't feel like I walked into a huge retail Verizon store where all that matters is sales. It felt like they had my interest and budget in mind and worked with me. I'll definitely be back to this Verizon location, I recommend it ?? everyone is very nice!”

“Normally I dred going to cell phone stores, they try and sell you on the latest and greatest how ever this time around was different. A young lady who works there. I believe her name was Nae friendly, honest, and didn't try and sell us something we didn't need. She was able to get my daughter a good phone at a good price. She was even able to help us save money on streaming services so we didn't have to have 4 different bills. She wad absolutely amazing, Verizon did somthing right when they hired her!”

We ordered new phones as part of the transition, during which Jake and his team really impressed us with their cheerful professionalism and vanishingly rare diligence in following up our many questions and concerns.
