We had a very difficult situation come up at closing that could have resulted in not being able to close but Luke never gave up and worked with me to find a solution for my clients and get us funded and closed just in time!

Luke made it his duty to make sure I had a great experience. With any sign of confusion or issue, he jumped into action to solve any problems. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for financing for either a primary home or investment property.

Evergreen Home Loans was a great company to work with, especially as a first-time home buyer. The responsiveness and overall care that our Loan Officer, Luke Zender, took was phenomenal and helped settle our nerves during the stressful transaction. He was available 24/7 and was able to help us solve any issues quickly and effectively. I would recommend using Evergreen versus any big bank if you are looking for someone to help guide you through this process. Very happy with our experience and would highly recommend working with Luke if you can!

We’ve worked with Missy on two transactions now with each being a positive experience from beginning to end. Her experience and extensive real estate knowledge was very helpful when making decisions. Our second transaction involved an unexpected change of properties in the last two months and she quickly picked up the ball and had us ready on time for closing.
