Left another national bank after 20 years due to increasing sloppiness and dissatisfaction with customer service. A bit of a hassle but initially seemed worth it. Now faced with 3 very clear errors in opening a new account with Chase. First, an incorrect mailing address despite very clearly emphasizing a separate mailing address from my occasional business location. Hence, needing to request a new, further delayed debit card. Second, checks being ordered but not processed. Third, being charged an exorbitant price for those initial checks without being informed of any charge. Shame on me for not seeking clarification. Shame on the banker for not notifying me of the same. I still prefer brick and mortar for business purposes but am quickly regretting not going with an online bank like Ally, which handles another of my accounts quite well and without any issues. As a result, I'm transferring my personal accounts to another bank, with Ally being the top contender. Super disappointing, especially after initially giving that banker kudos for a job well done.

Bainbridge Island Branch. After many, many years with Chase, I had to move all of our family's money out. We are "Private Client" status which means zero as they have nonstop turnover among their bankers. They botched my mortgage refi so badly that the Regional Manager attended the closing and gave us some BBQ tools (seriously, but they were in a really nice wooden box). It's well-documented that they screwed small businesses in the PPP loan process - class action suit pending. Now they are charging $35 per month per account - hurting small businesses, the disadvantaged, and families. Pure evil. Today had a GREAT experience moving to BECU.

Opened an account with an extremely helpful banker. Found the branch staff to be very kind and polite.

The tellers available during the earlier part of the day are exceptionally nice and polite. However, near the end of the day, they narrow down the number of tellers to one and the manager and they can probably try harder to manage their stress more professionally.

Chase closed my business account with no contact or warning while I was out of the country. All customer support reps were completely useless and offered no recourse or explanation. Thousands of dollars are tied up and all cards were canceled. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Wonderful, caring Chase Bank branch! Convenient location downtown and yes you can use the back entrance.

We have banked with this branch for the last few years and have always found the staff to exceed our expectations. They guide us to great proudcts & the chase online banking is the best in the USA. We now live in another state but always call for this branch for service.

Decent members but like all the chase banks they just want to give lame fees. Credit unions are better

The bankers and tellers are friendly and helpful, although at times the line can back up and service is a little slow. They just installed a new ATM that works great, much nicer than the older version.

Love this place. Great customer service and terrific bankers. Claire, Jennifer and Jeff are always happy to see their clients and ready to help. More friends than bankers. Would not bank anywhere else.

What a nightmare here. It seems almost easier to drive to the next town. These tellers nit pick because my signature looks different from my ID and the deposit slip.
