So happy to have my kids here! All the staff has been so patient and helpful adapting my kids to school. The director Terri is amazing and always communicates clearly about any needs and concerns regarding my children. Highly recommend for all ages!

Tender years was nothing but a pleasure to work with my daughter attended for about a year and we never had any issues. The staff always made you feel Welcome from drop off to pick up my daughter really enjoyed going to Daycare at the center and created a close bond with the staff. I highly recommend if you’re in need of childcare. Thank you team for all you do!

My complaint is with the outdoor play area. It’s hot! There is ZERO shade, yet the director seems to think it’s okay for the children & BABIES to sit out in the hot sunshine. How hard is it to purchase 2 pop-up tents and put them out there? Also the babies sit directly on the asphalt! Why?Why is there no mat put down to cover the hot rough asphalt?Babies need a softer surface.

My little one has been there since 5months old and it has been a great experience. My little one is now 4yrs old and still attends Tender Years and the staff is great with her as well as the teachers. They take the time with your littles ones and never neglect any child skin of color. If I was to refer anyone to Tender Years that’s a place where your child/baby is safe and can learn up to date ECAP if your child is born past the enrollment for kindergarten. They’re loving non discriminatory and show love to every child that attends Tender Years Academy.

I love this Day Care Center. It was so hard for me to put my kids in day care because of my protectiveness but so glad I found this facility. the staff is amazing and all teachers are involve with the kids. I highly recommend this facility.

As a new mother, I was really nervous about what daycare I would have my daughter in when I went back to work. My daughter has been in the infant class for 3 months now and I’m really glad I landed on Tender Years. They treat her with such care and every time I go in to pick her up she looks like she’s having fun and it’s very apparent that she loves all her caretakers. The extra nice things about Tender Years is they document with detail the care they give every day so I know exactly when she’s napped, ate or had a diaper change. They also do small things like wall art with them and even have pictures of the babies’ family on the wall where the babies can see them.I’m very happy with this place and am so relieved I can go to work every day without worrying if my daughter is ok.

My son went from having a nanny to an in home daycare. He struggled adjusting to the in home, so we switched to Tender Years, unsure if he’d do any better. He has thrived at Tender Years, happy everyday. The staff is so attentive and kind, and the kids have their days full of activities, art, play, good meals, and good care.

This is our 3rd daycare experience and by far the best for working parents. My youngest son is thriving, polite, shares, and fully potty trained before age 4. When the pandemic hit, this was the only daycare that stayed open the entire time while others had to shut down to build walls, get their ratios rights, or fight off a COVID outbreak. Clean, conscientious of nutrition, controlled & fully supervised outdoor/free play time. Best of all, they have never issued child/parent homework (other daycare started doing this at age 1). Easy in&out parking. Separate spaces with low teacher-child ratios. Very inclusive & I have never felt guilty for being a working mom. The first time I walked in, I didn't know what to make of this place - looks can be deceiving. I still visit with Mrs Rosa (infant care)! The most telling thing for me is that other daycares have workers who mostly look like they need more coffee whenever we walk in; the caregivers at Tender Years see a child walk in and their faces light up!

My daughter has went here since she was 3 months old, now 19 months, and this is best place we could’ve found. They are very loving, caring and understanding of all family situations, issues and life in general. My daughter loves all of her teachers, I’m pulling her away when it’s time to go home. Amazing staff and care for my child!

My son has attended this center since he was 4 months old and they have always made me feel so comfortable leaving him in their care. Even now at 16 months he just walks in like he owns the place and doesn't even tell me bye! If its up to me I would never change his daycare and even after switching jobs I make the commute to keep him here!!!

This is the second daycare I’ve experienced and it has been absolutely amazing! I was very nervous finding a new daycare after a terrible experience with the first one (kids country). Everyone at Tender Years is absolutely fantastic! They truly care about your kids and love them like their own. I have a 9month old and 2 1/2 year old that attend. They are so excited and happy to go everyday I drop them off. They smile as soon as they see the staff. Shows just how loving the staff really is! Thank you Tender Years for loving and caring for my babies while I work!

I have a 5yr old that just “graduated” Pre-K from this center and a 2yr old that currently still attends. We love all staff and our kids have been able to learn so much and meet friends, very clean well maintained building and parking lot. Would recommend anyone to bring their kids here!!!!

edit: redacting my statement. We ended up leaving about a year or less later due to unexplained injuries, ants, and the turnover rate for the staff was horrendous- they started just hiring anybody they could. Moved onto Kids Country and my kids have had no issues. They didn't even cry their first few days like most kids.Absolutely love this day care! The multicultural staff really creates an open no discrimination environment. The teachers are really great with working alongside the parents with potty training and other needs a child may have. My daughters would cry when i dropped them off at their last day care and would run from the staff but with Tender years my kids run to their teachers because they're just so excited with their time spent their. As a parent i only want the best for my babies and ive found the best here! 10/10 would recommend!
