Installed clear film protection on my car. The first install was not successful, needed to bring my car back to the shop for fixes. Several months later, the film is delaminating again. Do not recommend. I am not coming back.

Highly recommend this business, excellent service and agreeable pricing. Jack and his team are great, he's a true professional and master of his craft. You can trust he's mastered all of the services and applications his business offers. We did a SystemX "crystal" level (3 year application) ceramic coating on my Elantra N and it came out flawless. The local Hyundai dealer delivered the car with swirls and light scratches and it just didn't look like a brand new car. After someone the dealer had "polish" it, it came back shinier but still had marring and scratches. I gave up on the dealer and decided it best to contract an actual pro, which Jack is and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Jack also will thoroughly explain his practices, applications and processes for whichever service you're having done and also which products he's using which are all top notch. If you're collecting info on detailers and the like, go with Jack. No way any mobile business can compare or even other brick and mortars. Pull the trigger on that PPF, ceramic coating, or tints here!Update: if you get a windshield ceramic coating just know regular rubber wipers might grip the coating harder than they do glass and produce wiper shutter. My work around was buy new silicone, ceramic wipers. Jack might have a work around I'm notSure. Some online sources say coat the wiper blades too.

Superior like it's namesake truly is. I purchased a 2023 Tesla Model Y 3 weeks ago and was looking for a skilled individual in the art of PPF installation. Enter Jack, the proprietor of Superior Auto. I had interviewed two other firms previous to talking to Jack on the phone. I got a sense that this man while explaining how he approached the installation process, cared about my car, the result, and that I have a great experience. He didn't disappoint. Anyone looking for an expert PPF install, talk to Jack at Superior before deciding who to trust your car with.

The service at Superior Auto Finishing is top notch. Jack and his team did an amazing job detailing the interior/exterior of my old little 2007 Mazda. There was a leak in the trunk which created a bit of mold build up, & for a reasonable additional cost (very well worth it) they were able to treat it & thoroughly clean the affected areas. Was easy to schedule and book online, and our 2019 Equinox turned out fantastic.The interior and exterior detailing package we purchased made the car look like it had just rolled off the assembly line. Jack and his team have been great to work with. Great communication and service. I tinted my windows and added a 6 year warranty ceramic coating. I'm about 2 months late on my review but it worked out because don't you all want to know how every is holding up after? Well car is still beautiful. It is so much easier to clean and it doesn't get dirty compared to before I got the car treated.All the wildfire (rip trees) ash and smoke usually wrecks havoc on our cars but with the coating it's been great. A simple wash and car is back to it's beautiful state. The reflection is brighter than my future.I live in Seattle, and yeah I could have gone to a detailing shop in my area instead of Auburn but my first interaction with Jack was so easy going and informative that I felt Super Auto Finishing was the place to go. He didn't try to upsell me anything and just explained the products and what they do.At the end of the day, he answered all my questions and taught me new information for me to make an educated decision. I had an issue with a product I wanted to purchase, thats not the problem.The problem is his incredibly rude and aggressive attitude. When I finally lost my patience at his tone and called him out and said the rudeness was unwarranted, and started to walk out, another voice from the back started *yelling* at me as well, so yeah the place is doomed.Makes sense why he’s changed the business names so many times in the past

My car was filled with dog hair from three dogs. I had out-of-state guests coming and would have been embarrassed to have them ride in my car. A friend recommended Superior Auto Finishing and I am so grateful. My car looked like new and no pesky dog hair or unwelcome scents remained. Thank you!
