I bought frozen vegetables and they were brown and slimy when I opened them. There were also 2 crackheads in the parking lot next to my vehicle. Just disgusting

Extremely slow and enthusiastically I’m caring check out people. Emma had 12 people in line before she decided to put out an effort and call it a second cashier. Totally unfriendly.

4/19/24 3:30 pm register 2 cashier was a complete moron. charged me twice for q-tips and a candy bar. i had 9 items and did the math from the receipt, not sure how but they charged me $5 extra.
as i was leaving the parking lot, a crackhead was standing behind my car so i honked at him to move because he was not listening when i asked the first time. he was wiping imaginary windows in the air.. he yelled at my boyfriend and i and called us racist because if he were “white” it’d be different he said… either way i dont care who it is, if your high off drugs and standing in the way of where i need to go i will remove you if you dont leave when i ask the first time.

Beatriz on register 3 overcharged me for 8$ worth of merchandise still haven’t got my refund as well as I asked her a question and she was very rude I asked if she could grab a ballon out the back she said there wasn’t any even though I was just there to get balloons from the back then she is very racial profiling I asked her name she said she didn’t have to give it to me and didn’t give my reiceit cause she didn’t want me knowing her name very rude .

Dollar Tree #3197 1241 Auburn Way North, auburn, WA 98002-4148 I purchased many Vanilla Gift Card VISA'S for all my Christmas Gifts. One of the cards I purchased was sold to me damaged and would not work. The card was loaded with $100 and I was charged a $4.95 process fee & taxes. Upon discovering the card would not work I returned to the store it was purchased and the manager claimed a customer had damaged some cards and put them back on the rack. I asked if they knew that, why didn't they pull them all from the rack rather than have a unsuspecting customer end up with a damaged card? The manager refused to replace the card, refund my money or give me instore credit. Poor busines practice. I have contacted Vanilla VISA but I can not get through their automation because it requires me to enter the damaged card number and not able to talk to a human being. I have contacted Dollar Tree Cooperate Office several times. finally recieved an email saying they verified my card is loaded and to go try to use it. I tried to use it 3 times with the same result-The Card does Not Work. Cooperate has refered me back to Vanillia VISA which I can not get past the automation to speak with someone. All I want is another card that works so I can spend my money, or a refund, or instore credit so I can use my money I gave to Dollar Tree to load my card. I am a long standing customer of Dollar Tree and by many of my business needs as well as for my home. I feel terrible the way I have been treated and my money has been stolen by Dollar Tree and Vanilla Gift Card VISA. Beware of Dollar Tree and their fraudulent practices. Not going to be shopping Dollar Tree Stores in the future. Tracy Minerich Auburn WA

I think something spilled in here and no one took time to clean it. Either way, how are you still restocking and selling contaminated beverages? Besides that, I just watched a child grab a soda and walk it out the store without paying while security was standing right at the door. Do better, please.

I used to love coming to this Dollar tree I loved it I love that stuff I loved everything about this Dollar tree I don't know what is going on there's like a whole bunch of new faces and they look like they just don't want to be here they don't care there's no customer service the manager I don't even know her name cuz she never wears a name tag but whenever they say manager she comes out of the office and she helps them with total attitude the way she talks to customers myself included is extremely rude I don't know what her problem is but if she don't like her job she probably shouldn't work there ... my mom won't even go back into that store no more my mom has come to this store ever since it opened she don't mind driving that little extra drive to go to the one that just opened up over there on A street this location is losing a lot of customers due to the new staffing it's awful

Today I went just to take a look but I decided to buy some chlorine when it was time to pay I gave him the money when he was almost about to give me the receipt. I grabbed my merchandise. I got a resounding comment, leave it. I told him why he already received my payment. but I looked into his eyes. I realized this man hates Latinos. He told me I'm going to call the police and accuse you of stealing. I told him I know the laws. Call them to see who is right. I started recording for my protection. He saw my phone which was in recording mode. Be careful when you buy from dollar tree. There is discrimination and hatred. I just hope that the nextime does not threaten me

Long lines, cashiers looked and acted rode hard and used and abused. Had 40 people waiting to check out and only 2 registers open. When the manager came up and let one of the go on break.
