Was shown a presentation from one of their advisors that showed J.P MORGAN CHASE would guarantee my principle investments. But when I decided to activate this guarantee on one of my investments the money got misplaced WHAT! .YES took 10 weeks and many excuses from them to return my money. And we are not talking small amount. I filed a complaint against chase and their financial advisor with the Financial Legal Examiner Department of Financial Institutions Securities Division Enforcement Unit Of course total denial of any wrong doing by CHASE. They said no such presentation existed. Where very careful to cover their tracks. If you invested money with this bank and was shown a presentation that guarantee your investment by J.P MORGAN CHASE BANK. Well to try to get that 100% investment guarantee back on that Annuity or investment you bought. If you where shown this J.P MORGAN.CHASE presentation then you know what I am talking about. I now have my investments at a CREDIT UNION Hope this write up saves you from all the pain and stress I went thru. Great service! We appreciate all the help and good info and tips on keeping our account safe. My poor Mom had fraudulent on her account and a Banker was very efficient and helpful. She was also compassionate as well. This is a popular busy bank so you have to be a little more patient but the customer service is excellent!

Easily the worst customer service. My husband and I waited 45 minutes to speak with someone. While there was no line. I'm very happy we were making the decision to cancel our accounts with Chase. So disappointed.

They ruined my daughter birthday.. I made it 100% clear that I needed the funds available today. She assured me that it would be since it was a chase check.. I go to use my card.. declined. I call they tell me it takes 1 full business day to go through.. now I can't pay anyone for her birthday so chase I'm leaving you.. not that you care.

Horrible customer service! Never done a review and this is my first. I have a business account there and just wanted coins so I enter my pin and then say I can't pull more than $100 in coins which makes no sense. They make me go outside to use THEIR OWN bank card to pull cash only to wait back in line while 1 teller is waiting on 9 people and there's 2-3 employees in the back chilling. I ask for a comment card or anything of the sort and they're still confused. This is the reason why my personal banking is done at Wells Fargo. They have 5 tellers waiting customers. They at least know who is important to them.

I am at chase bank right, I was the only person in the lobby for 15 mins while the three tellers stood there and worked on their computer only looking up to tell me "Just another minute". Then when I finally get up to the window I hand the lady my cash and explain to them that one of my employees is out of town and that I need to deposit this cash dollar bills into his account for his perdiem. She says they won't except my cash money that I need to transfer it from my account to his if I want to do that. So now I have to drive to my bank deposit the money in my account just so I can go back to chase swipe my card to put money in my account so I can take care of my employee. just ridiculous. Chase you are a horrible bank with no customer care I'm glad I never banked with you and that my company accounts are some where else and I will never recommend you to anyone. I wish I could give you no stars

They hold off on transactions and then zing you with overdraft fees on purpose. I wish banks were more honest. Chase sucks. I'm grandfathered in so I get money orders, cashiers checks free with no monthly fees or else they'd lose us as clients.
