They don't follow through with orders. I asked 3 separate times for some paint & was told they were out but would be getting more from another store the next day. They took my number & said they would call when it came in. They never called & still dont have the paint!
This back & forth has been going on for a month! Going to another store from now on.

Clean, orderly store, easy to find what you are looking for.Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Able to give advice when needed, but knows when it is not needed. Color selection is great. Has all the supplies you need for your job

Went in looking for paint for our kitchen cabinets. We’ve tried samples from other places that carry paint and haven’t had any luck. I joked about having swatches all over our cabinets and Gillian told us about the app that lets you pick colors to try on whatever you’re painting.. sooo helpful! She was awesome

Great quality paint and color that matches your samplesEdit: 5 stars down to 1 star, and for good reason. For over 20 years I trusted SW paint for its quality and durability and color match perfection.Although their color matching is still top notch, their quality has suffered and their Customer Service is so outrageous it hurts.I paid nearly $2000 for exterior paint and trim for the entire exterior of my home.Starting in May, I hand rolled and brushed the entire house, which took approx 2 months to complete. After 1 month, my child rested her bike against the first wall painted. When she removed the bike I noticed the handle scraped away the paint. I used my thumb nail and found that the paint was not adhering to the cement board siding. SW has Lifetime Product Warranty, so I investigated this with customer service. This investigation started in June 2022. It is now Sept 2022 and I still have NO RESOLUTION in sight. They have simply pushed back over and over, disregarded their Warranty promise and have simply had me perform multiple tests, cut into my own siding, and sent paint to be tested. All while I have finished the entire job and now we get anxious whenever someone touches my home. For those doubting my procedure and interested in the process…I will briefly explain steps taken to paint.*Each exterior wall was focused on, one at a time, due to the amount of time required for each.1. Pressure washed2. Minimum Week of dry time3. Used QUAD exterior siding caulk for all nail heads, seams, and any gaps/cracks4) Min. 1 Week cure time (to allow off-gasing of the caulk)5) Prime all areas that were either caulked or showing bare siding (even though the paint states that it is a primer and paint all-in-one)6) 24-48 hr dry time7) Premixed all 4 5-gallon buckets together and separated back into their containers, this way there was no chance of slight color variances between each batch.8) Applied 1st coat on wall9) 24 hr dry time10) Apply 2nd Coat on wall11) 8-24hr dry time12) Apply Trim paint13) 8-24 hr dry time14) Apply 2nd coat of Trim paintNo issues have been raised with the trim coating, but to this day, I can simply use my thumb nail and scratch of the paint (Gray) and see the original house color (Beige).I have never had a SW paint perform so poorly, that is why I paid the extra $$ for what I thought was a good Medium.Photos, emails, phone calls every week or 2 and still have no resolution from SW.Cannot explain enough at how disappointed I am, and I will NEVER be a customer of their again.Buyer Beware, the Warranty is completely False. If this outcome changes, I will update this review.

I've had very good service at both this Sherwin-Williams store in Smokey point and the Sherwin-Williams store on State Street in Marysville. I just saw the two really bad one star reviews and that was complete opposite of my experience been here a couple times as a customer.

Avoid this store at all costs are. Was one of my favorite Sherwin-Williams stores with the new management you get robotic responses absolutely no compassion for the customer at all. Went in there five minutes after opening not one person in the store and immediately the guy working behind the counter just shakes his head no and asks what do I need I said I need some paint. He says most likely I'm not gonna be able to get to it I said there's no one in the store how is that possible and I asked if it's personal and he just shrugs his shoulders like pretty much. Maybe I will be back but not with the crew that is there now

Justice was very helpful and went above and beyond with finding the paint needed, considering a shortage on supplies.

I’ve been to this store a handful of times and each time was a great experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. They do their best to accommodate what they can while the supply chain has been sketchy. It’s a great store.

After purchasing over $2000 of paint; I Just tried to return one gallon of paint that this store made incorrectly and the store manager Justice refused and said it wasn’t their fault and that I was lying it was a mis-tint! She then vulgarly cussed me out and threatened me by calling the cops! WORST CUSTOMER service ever! DONT buy paint from this store because they DONT stand by their product and take NO responsibility for their mistakes! Instead of thanking me for my patronage, Justice the store manager threatens me!! I was very calm the whole time, my wife heard the whole conversation and we were shocked this was being played out in real life! I will never support this store ever again!

Just had the worse experience ever at this store. Lived in Muk for several years and loved the store there. Everyone was always very helpful so when I moved to Stanwood I decided to make some color changes to our new home. Went into this store to pick up some paint. At first all seemed good found a guy he asked me can I help you and I proceeded to ask for a quart of paint. he said that they didn't carry quarts and that gallons were really expensive like $80 bucks then I said the gallon is fine. I told him the specifics of my project then he goes on the register to look for I don't know what? while he's doing that the phone rings, when the other clerk starts to pick up the line he tells him he can take it? I'm thinking wait aren't you helping me?! I wait for a little bit thinking it's only a short call. NOPE he proceeds to have this long conversation with the person on the phone while I'm still waiting there. MIND YOU I WAS THERE FIRST! He was helping me when the phone rang! Well I don't know what went on here whether it was because I am brown or whether I wasn't spending what the builder on the phone was spending but he just decided to help the guy on the phone so I left.
