We have 1 dog and 11 kitties and we take them all to Northwest Veterinarian clinic. Even when they are busy they still find time. Would highly recommend them.

Northwest Veterinary Clinic in Arlington is the best clinic around. My family has been taking our pets there for almost 40yrs. I hear complaints about other vets in town, but we’ve never had a single problem at NW. Dr. Rosie and his wife Raeleen, are so amazing. We have 3 dogs and they take such good care of them. You can tell they really love animals and are just so kind. Scheduling is always a snap and their billing is reasonable.

TERRIBLE, zero stars!!! I have a cat who was a patient there for 13 years. I adopted her after her first owner died. She had diabetes and detached retinas, neither of which Dr Rosie was aware of when I took her for an exam. Now I find that the wife (front desk person) must have blacklisted this poor cat because (1) they never answer the phone and (2) they never call me back! My cat was unable to pass urine, I left a message at 1:30 (they were at their 2-hour lunch, good grief) and again at 3:15 (when they should have been back from their 2 hour lunch). Never a call back. What kind of person does that knowing I'm desperate for help with this poor cat? I just can't believe that these people are still in business. I wish they would retire and sell the clinic to someone who actually CARES about animals and customer service. Good luck with leaving a message and actually getting a response from Mrs Rosie. She does not represent her husband well.

Very poor customer service, the receptionist there has NO concept of customer service and/or caringI would avoid this place at all costs, you've been warned. Will go to another vet after the appalling treatment received there.Dog had an emergency and they were less than caring/proffessional.

Unfortunately website said they were open on a Saturday at 10:30am. The sign on the locked door said they were not. :-(
