Wonderful things in this store. 4 different sections of things. T-Shirts, wet boots, nautical hats, paintings, marine maps, jewelry, seashells big and small, lots of cabinets of China, metal Anchor accessories, Nautical merchandise.

What an awesome store. It was a cold and rainy Sunday and our group had a wonderful time wandering through the store. The lady running the shop was delightful!

If you can't find what you are looking for you will at least find many things you need here. If there's nothing you need, there are certainly lots of things you desire greatly and have always wanted!

What a great day it was to re-discover Anacortes and one of its shopping and browsing cornerstones: Marine Supply & Hardware, which also houses The Alley Cat. Eclectic, intriguing, historical with new and salvaged items as well as practical supplies, clothing & garden decor. Not the huge inventory of its previous incarnations, but certainly worthy of a shopping bag (or two). And Coffee – roasted to order in the store. Added bonus is the location: it’s like a perfect bookend at the end of the main street. Take time to park & walk a few blocks so you can enjoy the water views. Great proximity to some local trails as well! A big thanks also to store hosts Terri and Joanne; pretty sure they can locate any (inventory) item in under 2 minutes! Their casual and friendly attitude reflects a welcome, relaxed pace. Definitely a go-to for visitors and a continuing staple for locals.

We were treated horribly by the manager of the store. This has been one of our favorite buying spots in Anacortes and we made a special trip to bring our friends out. She literally ruined it by being so rude as soon as we walked in the door. We will not be back as long as she is working there. Joanne was lovely and tried to make up for her rudeness. We were ready to purchase two deer mounts at $600 guess they don’t need the business
or our dollars

Oldest hardware store still operating on the west coast. Lots of marine related gear, clothing, boots, hats, tools, crab pots, fishing, etc. There is also an annex store called Alley Cat Antiques that offers fun old antique stuff for men and women!
