I am not sure about the hardware store part of this business, but I had perhaps one of the worst retail service experiences of my life from the rental part of this business. Mike, whose last name I did not get and who I asssumed was the manager, was unfriendly and rude to the point of being insulting. I saw him treat an emplyee in the same manner. He didn't seem to care whether I did business with him or not. I cannot imagine how this business can afford to keep a guy like Mike around.

Pros: Friendly service with good variety Cons: Poor pricing. The same item/size can vary in price by as much as $2-5 each. Their computer always rings the higher price. Always take a photo of the cheaper price cuz the help will not walk back there and correct prices. Over a span of 2yrs, wrong price problem occurs every time I go into Sebos. Today, I asked the cashier to send someone to fix it. Sad face but no action. I'm done shopping here. The competition hardware store seems to manage their prices better. Buyer beware.

A real hardware store with everything that the big box stores lack. Personalized customer service and positive experiences. They have a great rental and repair shop.'ve been shopping here for decades.

Wonderful, locally owned hardware store. It's a great place if you need help with a school project (we got help cutting pieces and getting parts for HS physics projects here), home improvements, yard projects, your RV or boat, canning goods, basic household items, or equipment rentals.

Always get excellent service from them. I needed something to fix a little hiccup in my room at the hotel so I got it there. Everything went smoothly with the purchase and parking. I never use their lot, just park down the street.

It’s a pretty solid hardware store with great staff, but it is kinda dirty and disorganized, but it’s not a big deal.
