Jan was great to work with! She gave good advice and suggestions and she made sure that everything was done well. We have quite a small kitchen, and we are very happy with all the storage solution that Jan helped us figure out!

The cabinets were fabulous, and the installer was wonderful to work with. However, the tile guy failed to meet our expectations. His crew cut the side backsplashes to the wrong length, and then when he finally cut them right, it was the wrong granite material. It was impossible to schedule him without calling Jan first because he was giving priority to bigger jobs. Even today, the backsplash work is a bit sloppy. Jan, the salesperson/designer, has never come to look at the job even though we invited her to do so. Such a shame, because everything was going so well until it was time to finish the job by installing the counter. I would not recommend using Creative Cabinets unless you have your own person to do the counter and tile work.Services: Pre-made cabinet design & installation

Great place-almost done with a complete kitchen remodel.Jennifer has been fantastic start to finish, helping with design issues here and there as we made changes, and working well with designs we had from our designer. Jennifer has good taste and knows her business. We were doing a lot of this remotely, as we were out of town prior to a move here. She was responsive and helpful-not a given these days, and always followed up when she said she would.Her recommendation for the cabinet installation was wonderful, and we connected with her main "guy", who is himself a gem. ( Our contractor was gone for a long period of time when we needed installation.)We are very happy with the kitchen-it's lovely--and just as importantly, I appreciate that she has been responsive to any issues which have arisen (things do arise in any remodel here or there), or when I've changed my mind about something and needed to change. Her attitude is always helpful and positive.There are many choices to be had at Creative Cabs, in addition to the actual cabinets, depending on what you want to do. We selected countertops there, and she recommended fabricating and install folks and arranged for that and they did a top notch job. She told us where to go for tile selection and cabinet glass selection (we were managing this project ourselves at this point.) I also ended up purchasing the cabinet hardware through her, and it is so lovely--and was fairly priced. Honestly, there are so many choices out there that to have to sift through them would have been overwhelming to me. Creative had plenty of excellent choices at fair prices, and I found exactly what I had in mind, without having to sift through zillions of online pics, look at specifications, etc, or drive around to various hardware supply stores, etc.If in doubt, go Creative!Jan, who also works there, is delightful, too. I would highly recommend Creative Cabinets and will not hesitate use them for any future needs like a bathroom remodel. It's also a plus that they are not a long drive away.Services: Cabinet design

Great place for cabinets, kitchen or bath, and kitchen design. Just finishing a full kitchen remodel, mostly done remotely until recently, and Jennifer has been fantastic throughout. She worked well with the design we brought from our designer, and helped when I was stuck or wanted to change things. She has a great eye for kitchen design. We went sort of "moderate mid-Century" and I'm thrilled. Importantly, she is very responsive to questions and concerns. While we had a designer and a contractor working on some aspects, our contractor was gone for a long while, so we used Jennifer's main cabinet install guy--and he was fantastic. Lovely man, careful, just a gem. She had great suggestions for where to find the specific type of cabinet glass I wanted, and places to look for tile, etc. I ended up buying the cabinet hardware from her, too. It was exactly what I had in mind, and the price was fair. I love it--it is gorgeous. There are zillions of choices for that stuff and it was wonderful to have a good but not overwhelmingly large selection of hardware, at various price points but all good quality, right there at Creative. We also ended up picking our quartz countertops there-there was a large selection from many vendors and we were happy with the choices. We used the fabricator and installation folks she recommended and she quarterbacked all details. We are very happy with Creative Cabinets and would recommend them. I'll definitely use them for any other cabinet/remodel needs, like a bathroom, etc. Jan, who also works there, is very friendly and helpful, too. They seem like a great team, and I am delighted that they are also local--makes things so much easier.

We were in contact with Creative Cabinets through our contractor when remodeling our house on Lopez Island. We love the new kitchen and the quality is superb. Lots of samples and options in their Store.

We came in contact with this business through our contractor when remodeling the kitchen and we love it. They had many samples and were in no rush to explain all the options, colors, quality levels and more. The final result is gorgeous and I feel the quality is even higher than expected.
