For nearly a decade Mark Rossetti and his team have provided me with professional, friendly, efficient, and excellent service. He and his staff are quick to meet the required needs for my auto or home loan, and to answer what ever question I may have. Most recently I needed to add on another vehicle; his staff was superb. It's just so nice to know and feel that a company actually cares about you. I highly recommend this agent.

Ive had state farm insurance since high school, but once I moved away from my hometown my agent changed. When my last agent retired I went through a few agents before finding Mark. Marks office is always good about getting back to me when I have questions and Mark himself has also reached out to me to make sure our insurance needs are met. The thing that put Mark over the top as one of the best agents I've worked with was his personal hand written note of condolences when a relative passed. It's the little things like that which makes his office great and will continue to get our business.

We’ve been with Mark and his employees from day 1 here in Aberdeen. They are the best of the best. Mark hands down has been the best choice for our insurance needs! Everytime we have had a change in our insurance coverage or drivers on our family plan the process was a breeze, even during the covid shut down the entire office was able to help us electronically to add a couple new vehicle and helped make that very easy! I feel I'm getting the best deal with mark! I've referred my 2 grandmother's to him recently to help with their health insurance needs, they are not tech savy with email or electronic forms and he was able to accommodate their needs. Personable and professional my family will be with this guy forever!
