This salon was very welcoming and all the ladies were super friendly and sweet! Sarah, the stylist who did my hair for a Military Ball, was amazing and did a wonderful job on my hair! She was very attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will definitely be visiting these ladies again!

Overall the hair color is nice however it is not what I wanted. My gray hair is coming out quite a bit. I wanted hair color to match with the gray so that I could start getting used to my transitioning The color I came out with is not what I asked for or expected. I got exactly what I asked for. I saw Cherri and not only is she good at her job but she's easy to talk to. She turned the reference picture I gave her into a beautiful V shaped cut with layers for days.

Cherri is the best stylist in the area. Me and my daughter went here for layers and dye. Both of our haircuts and dye jobs were amazing and we are both ecstatic about our cuts, they turned out great and the service here is friendly and makes you feel at home. The building is extremely clean and all there equipment is thoroughly sanitized. Definitely will be coming back and recommend to anyone looking for a new look! 10/10!!

Update...The owner of the salon reached out to me directly to apologize for the inconvenience and asked me to give her salon another chance. Cherri contacted me and I scheduled another appointment. I just left the salon a few minutes ago and Wow! Cherri is an amazing woman and an extremely talented stylist. I love my cut! It was a bumpy road getting here, but I can definitely say Cherri has gained a new client and I highly recommend Hairphenalia 17. Thanks to the owner for reaching out to me and making things right
