Emily was wonderful, super helpful and friendly! I’ve been having foot pain after incorporating more walking into my daily exercise so I went in to get a foot scan and see if better shoes would help. Emily explained my results in detail and helped select shoes that would work well with my foot type (narrow with high arches). She also picked out some good insoles for additional support. I never felt pressured; while I purchased “add-ons” like insoles and socks, it didn’t feel like I was being pushed into it. They also email you the results of your scan for future reference, which is helpful. Great experience and I’m so glad I took the time to invest in my foot health!

Nice, clean, friendly staffs. I was greeted and helped by Sarah. There is also complimentary coffee (but don’t just get free coffee buy shoes too lol).
Definitely recommended this store when looking for running shoes :)

The entire experience was great. I explained that I'd recently learned that I hyper-pronate and needed new shoes and inserts. Everything from the 3D foot scan to the gait analysis to the explanation of what information was gained from both of those things to the shoe fitting and conversation throughout made me feel like I was the only customer in the store (even though I wasn't). I truly appreciated the personal approach to find the right inserts and the right shoes to keep me on my feet. Would definitely recommend and will be back for my future shoes!

I needed to get walking shoes that would help me correct a foot that had been in a cast or boot on and off for a couple of years. The diagnostic equipment thy have is state of the art. I am very happy with the recommendation they made based on the tests and their expertise. I will be returning.

This is a great place to buy running shoes. I had a really pleasant experience, the staff was really helpful and friendly, they didn’t try to over sell me anything that i didn’t need, and they helped me to choose the best shoes for my needs. Over all 10/10 experience

I highly recommend going in and having a proper shoe fitting. It was a game changer for my running! Everyone in the store was kind and knowledgeable! They take the time to find the right shoe for you and I never felt rushed. If you go on the weekend you may have to wait a few mins to be fitted but it’s well worth it.

I can’t explain to you how amazing this store is. I walked in getting a hydration vest for walk/run I was going to do. Long story short, I had a terrible experience at a packet pick up for the Marine Corps 12k, and decided I wasn’t going to run. She looked at me and encouraged me to face my fears and know that all that matters is forward movement and that it will be just fine. I almost cried because of the unwavering support she gave. I talked my husband in buying his new shoes here, I bought my hydration vest, and we picked up additional gels, socks, tank top and glide. If nothing more, go to this store because the people actually care about you and they validate your journey to walk/jog/run. This store creates a safe place for runners of all sizes and I can’t stress how amazing that is to be affirmed. Go see Emily, get your shoes, get a Run Virginia shirt, and show up.

Cheryl knows her shoes. She was extremely helpful. I brought my cognitively disabled daughter in for shoes to help her balance and bad knees. (Surgeries helped her orthopedic condition, but she still has gait issues.) Cheryl worked kindly, quickly and efficiently with us, we got my daughter a great pair of shoes, and she's clearly more steady on her feet now. I'll be going back to Fleet Feet to get some shoes for myself in the near future. Thanks Cheryl!!!

Their foot scanning actually works. Some shoes give me feet pain and this actually helped in finding one that doesn't hurt
