Owner is a liar and a cheat. Does not disclose all of the hidden charges, such as truck and storage costs. He will sell your items but you end up owing for those hidden charges. He ripped me off pretty good and does not respond or interested in fixing anything or making things closer to right. Preparing a lawsuit currently.

Ok, I called Mama after (cough) Rockwell's missed three appointments in a row. Four MM packers arrived and did an amazing Tetris-like pack, probably saving me hundreds of dollars by fitting everything into one pod. This company has great, transparent pricing, expert movers, great communication and they handle challenges without complaint. I think they are going to eat Rockwell's lunch in the next few months and years.
