Very deceptive and poor service! I was charged for additional accessories I was told I had to purchase to receive their promotional deal. I returned the phone and accessories after finding out I was scammed only to be lied to again and told they don't give refunds. I received a refund only after stating that I would report the transaction to the owner.

Unfortunately Dish took over T-mobile and Sprint, now my service is so bad I am looking to change. I complained at this store and they told me that "yes" the service as deteriorated because they are upgrading their Towers, but after 6 weeks I have given up. The 2 Hispanic reps ( male and female) were very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. They offered no help. Stay away from Boost, no service, no help.
